Confession d'une pécheresse (titre original : Die Sünderin) est un film allemand réalisé par Willi Forst, sorti en 1951.
Le film permit à l'actrice Hildegard Knef de se faire connaître notamment grâce au scandale qu'il suscita. Gustav Fröhlich y joue le rôle d'Alexandre.
Synopsis
Marina est une prostituée dont la vie est assez difficile. Son beau-père est arrêté par la Gestapo, sa mère trompe son mari et elle-même tombe sous le charme de son demi-frère. Par la suite elle assiste à l'assassinat de sa meilleure amie. Elle tombe alors amoureuse d'un peintre qui, malheureusement, est gravement malade : il a une tumeur au cerveau. Pour financer les frais de l'opération, Marina se voit contrainte de reprendre son ancien « travail ». Les deux amoureux partent alors pour l'Italie, où ils trouvent de quoi se divertir et se détendre. Finalement l'opération a lieu mais n'apportera pas de guérison définitive. Ils retournent en Autriche et passent quelques jours à Vienne. Marine aidera ensuite son ami, devenu aveugle, à mourir à l'aide de somnifères, car ses souffrances sont telles qu'il ne peut plus les supporter. Après cela, elle se suicide à son tour.Actors

Le jeune compositeur Franz Schubert doit mettre sa guitare en gage pour payer son loyer. Emmy, la fille du prêteur en gage, est si séduite par son allure simple et amicale qu'elle lui fait payer un montant plus élevé que l'instrument. Bientôt les deux jeunes gens se rapprochent. Le chef d'orchestre Antonio Salieri a entendu parler du talent de Schubert, lui fait passer un entretien et l'engage comme professeur assistant. Schubert est ensuite invité à une soirée pour les nouveaux talents organisée par madame Kinsky. Quand le Viennois présente sa symphonie inachevée, au cours de son exécution, il lui vient soudainement à l'esprit plusieurs fins possibles qu'il présente dans sa ferveur immature. Le public se met à rire, Schubert est en colère et quitte la soirée.

The film recounts the last few days in the life of Elvira (Volker Spengler), a transsexual woman formerly known as Erwin. After being beat up for trying to buy sex in a park, she returns home to her longtime lover Christoph (Karl Scheydt), who's been away for six weeks. Christoph abuses her verbally and physically, and when he announces he's leaving for good, she desperately tries to stop him, only to be rescued by her friend Zora (Ingrid Caven). We watch as Elvira and Zora visit a slaughterhouse and the orphanage where Elvira grew up, and her later contacts with her family and former lover Anton Saitz (Gottfried John), as she attempts to come to terms with the consequences of her decision to change her sex.

Ben Sanderson (Cage) is a Hollywood screenwriter whose alcoholism costs him his job, family, and friends. With nothing left to live for, he moves to Las Vegas to drink himself to death. It is the summer of 1984 in Paris. Sarah, a well-to-do writer of children’s books, and her working-class husband, Mehdi, an inspector of North African descent, are confronting some marital problems after the recent arrival of their first child. Sarah, stumbling over a bout of writer's block, has little maternal instinct towards their newborn baby, whose cries she tunes out with earplugs while she works. Her husband despairs when she neglects the child, does what he can to fill in, and sometimes parks the child with his parents. The couple have an open marriage and both are allowed to take outside lovers in a “don’t ask, don’t tell” arrangement that seems to work, although not without tensions.

Osaka. Fusako Owada, une veuve de guerre, ayant perdu son bébé tuberculeux, rencontre par hasard sa sœur Natsuko, qui, jusque-là, vivait en Corée. Fusako échoue bientôt à l'hôpital où sa sœur, partie à sa recherche, finira par la retrouver. Natsuko est enceinte et, tout comme sa sœur, atteinte de la syphilis.

The plot centers on the handsome Belgian sailor Georges Querelle, who is also a thief and murderer. When his ship, the Vengeur, arrives in Brest, he visits the Feria, a bar and brothel for sailors run by the madame Lysiane, whose lover Robert is Querelle's brother. Querelle has a love/hate relationship with his brother; when they meet at La Feria, they embrace, but also punch one another slowly and repeatedly in the belly.
