Synopsis
Ruben, Durex et Nora sont trois étudiants, en dernière année de fac. Ruben a peu confiance en lui. En conséquence, il a déjà raté une fois ses examens et n'ose pas avouer ses sentiments à Nora. Ruben découvre que Nora deale de la drogue et qu'elle va se rendre à Amsterdam, pour ramener un tout nouveau produit. Pour tenter de la séduire, Ruben décide de l'accompagner avec son ami d'enfance Durex. Là-bas, ils découvrent une ville complètement folle et les choses se compliquent quand ils entrent en contact avec les plus grands criminels de la capitale néerlandaise.Actors

Ben est en plein échec aussi bien professionnel que sentimental : lui qui se rêvait comique à New York rentre à Paris après avoir échoué. Il rencontre alors Alex, co-animateur vedette d'une matinale sur radio Blast FM, le Breakfast-club. Alex est entouré de Cyril, un quadragénaire mal assumé, et d'Arnold, l'animateur populaire de la bande. Ben est engagé pour écrire des sketches. Mais c'est alors qu'un raz de marée secoue soudainement la station : l’audience du Breakfast-club est en chute libre. La radio envoie alors la bande sillonner en bus les routes de France pour reconquérir leur public.

Walking home on Bonfire Night through "The Ends" in Brixton, new-to-the-area nurse Samantha Adams is mugged by a small gang of teenage hoodlums: Pest, Dennis, Jerome, Biggz, and leader Moses. The attack is interrupted when a meteorite falls from the sky into a nearby car, giving Samantha the chance to escape. As Moses searches the wreck of the car for valuables, his face is scratched by a pale, hairless, eyeless dog-sized creature; the object which fell from the sky was its cocoon. The creature runs away, but the gang chase and kill it. Hoping to gain fame and fortune, they take the corpse to their acquaintance, cannabis dealer Ron, to get advice on what to do. He lives at the top of their tower block, Wyndham Tower.

In 1971, a policeman catches Elmo McElroy, a recent college graduate with a degree in pharmacology, smoking marijuana. Because of his arrest and conviction, he is unable to find work as a pharmacologist. In the present day, a drug lord called "the Lizard" calls a meeting of his organisation, hoping to sell a brand new substance invented by Elmo. The meeting goes badly when Elmo, in a bid to escape from the Lizard's control, blows up the building, killing everyone but the Lizard. Vengeful, the Lizard contacts Dakota, a contract killer, who previously killed the only witness in a case against the Lizard. Dakota initially refuses the hit, but accepts when the Lizard offers to clear her gambling debts and give her a $250,000 bonus.

The film opens in Saigon at the height of the Vietnam War. John Converse (Moriarty), a disillusioned war correspondent, approaches Ray Hicks (Nolte), a merchant marine sailor and acquaintance of Converse's from the US, for help in smuggling a large quantity of heroin from Vietnam to San Francisco, where he will exchange the drugs for payment with Converse's wife Marge (Weld), who has become addicted to Dilaudid. When Hicks discovers he is being followed by thugs connected either to Converse or his suppliers, he goes on the run with Marge and the heroin, and is eventually pursued by the corrupt DEA agent (Zerbe), who initially set the deal in motion. As Marge is separated from her supply of prescription drugs, she experiences withdrawal, and Hicks decides to help her wean off her dilaudid addiction by using the heroin. Hicks also attempts to find another buyer for the heroin before his pursuers can catch up to him.

David Pelame, un avocat sans envergure, se laisse facilement passer par-dessus par son concurrent le plus mordant dans l'entreprise. Un soir en promenant son chien il trouve un sac rempli de cocaïne. Ne sachant pas trop quoi en faire au début il se décide de vendre la marchandise avec une notion très subjective du « métier » de dealer. Si sa vie de famille devient plus agréable et les relations avec sa femme plus tendre, dans l'entreprise il prend une certaine aisance qui lui permet de mieux assumer les relations avec les autres (et accessoirement d’écarter son concurrent), toutefois il est confronté à l'appréciation négative de sa nouvelle activité, mais l'argent est si facilement gagné que tous rentrent dans le business. Mais un jour arrive celui à qui appartenait le sac et son contenu…
