Just Ask for Diamond is a 1988 British comedy crime film directed by Stephen Bayly and starring Colin Dale, Saeed Jaffrey and Dursley McLinden. It is based on The Falcon's Malteser, the first book of The Diamond Brothers series; published two years earlier and written by Anthony Horowitz.

Synopsis

A pair of brothers are paid to take care of a confectionery box, but soon come under pressure from various people seeking its contents.

Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear, and Gonzo the Great play newspaper reporters for the Daily Chronicle. Omar Ali is a young man living in Battersea in the Wandsworth area of South London, right by the railway station during the mid-1980s. Three of the company's buses are wrecked due to Stan's negligent bus driving, which means Stan (Reg Varney), Jack (Bob Grant) and Inspector Blake (Stephen Lewis) are sacked. In 1836, Captain James Fraser, and his young wife, Eliza Fraser, sail from Sydney on the Stirling Castle.
