Roberta (Rosanna Arquette) is an unfulfilled suburban housewife living in Fort Lee, New Jersey who is fascinated with a woman she only knows about by reading messages to and from her in the personals section of a New York City tabloid. This fascination reaches a peak when an ad with the headline "Desperately Seeking Susan" seeks a rendezvous in Battery Park with the man who regularly seeks her. Roberta goes to Battery Park too, sees the woman (Madonna), and in a series of events involving mistaken identity, amnesia, and other farcical elements, Roberta goes from voyeur to participant in an Alice in Wonderland–style plot, ostensibly motivated by the search for a pair of stolen Egyptian earrings. With both of them trying to locate Roberta, her husband becomes involved with the wild Susan., 1h18

Divided over six chapters, "Grandma" tells the story of Elle, a lesbian poet coping with the recent death of her long-term life partner. She ends a four-month relationship with a younger admirer, Olivia, before receiving a visit from her 18-year-old granddaughter Sage, who is pregnant and requests $630 for an abortion. As Elle is broke and Sage has had her credit card confiscated by her overbearing mother, the two embark on a road trip to come to terms with their troubles. They visit the father of the child, who is unable to come up with much money. They then visit Elle's ex-husband Karl, who Elle has not seen in years. Elle tells him she needs to borrow the money for rent, and he requests a kiss in return. After an argument over how Elle left the relationship, he agrees to hand over the cash, then refuses when he learns Sage will have an abortion with it., 1h29

Smithereens is the story of Wren (Susan Berman), an independent spirit from New Jersey trying to self-promote herself into the New York punk scene. She meets Paul (Brad Rijn), who ran away from Montana and lives out of his van in a parking lot. Paul seems to offer genuine friendship, however, Wren is only interested in forming meaningless relationships in hopes of bolstering her nonexistent career. She has no musical talents or industry skills, yet she aggressively pursues a pathetic spot for herself in places like the Peppermint Lounge. She drops Paul for Eric (Richard Hell, who also performs on the musical score), who has a record deal, and they work out a plan to escape to California, which requires Wren to pose as a prostitute in order to scam money from a prospective john. Things don't work out, and Wren finds herself hitting one wall after another, eventually getting kicked out of her apartment. With no place to go, Wren seeks out everyone she knows in the city, only to find herself left alone., 1h44

In 1593 London, William Shakespeare is a sometime player in the Lord Chamberlain's Men and poor playwright for Philip Henslowe, owner of The Rose Theatre. Shakespeare is working on a new comedy, Romeo and Ethel, the Pirate's Daughter. Suffering from writer's block, he has barely begun the play, but starts auditioning players. Viola de Lesseps, the daughter of a wealthy merchant, who has seen Shakespeare's plays at court, disguises herself as "Thomas Kent" to audition, then runs away. Shakespeare pursues Kent to Viola's house and leaves a note with the nurse, asking Thomas Kent to begin rehearsals at the Rose. He sneaks into the house with the minstrels playing that night at the ball, where her parents are arranging her betrothal to Lord Wessex, an impoverished aristocrat. While dancing with Viola, Shakespeare is struck speechless, and after being forcibly ejected by Wessex, uses Thomas Kent as a go-between to woo her. Wessex also asks Will's name, to which he replies that he is Christopher Marlowe.Directed by K. Raghavendra RaoGenres Drama,

Neelakantham Naidu (Prakash Raj) is a big factionist. He has a loyal confidant Narasimha (Suman), who is willing to give his life for the sake of his master. After many years, Neelakantham's wife (Pragathi) gives a birth to a baby girl. But all the earlier babies born to Neelakantham died due to some unknown reason. The priests advise Neelakantham to name his daughter as Gangotri. They also warn Neelakantham that the child has 'jalagandam', hence they ask Neelakantham to take Gangotri to the holy place of Gangotri in the Himalayas and perform 'abhyangana snanam' (bathe with turmeric, milk, etc.) for the next 15 years. After 15 years, Gangotri would be free of any danger. When nobody could entertain the child Gangotri, Simhadri, the son of Narasimha entertains her with a song. Simhadri becomes a servant and friend to Gangotri. They grow up together. Simhadri (Allu Arjun) and Gangotri (Aditi Agarwal) are good friends. In the mean time, Simhadri's mother (Seetha) sacrifices her life to save Neelakantham. When Gangotri attains puberty, Gangotri's paternal aunt (Telangana Shakuntala) restricts Simhadri from meeting Gangotri as it would be wrong. Gangotri and Simhadri realise that they are in love. When Simhadri comes to Gangotri's place clandestinely to meet her, they are caught by Neelakantham. Neelakantham beats Simhadri. Meanwhile, Narasimha comes to the spot and interferes. This causes a rift between Neelakantham and Narasimha. Neelakantam is misinformed about Narasimha's intentions; hence he has bombs planted in the house of Narasimha. Simhadri is away at that time. When Simhadri comes to know that Neelakantam is responsible for the bombing, he comes to Neelakantam's house and challenges that he will marry Gangotri in 365 days. Then Simhadri goes to the holy place Gangotri and waits for his ladylove to come there for the final sacred bath. The rest of the film is about how Simhadri and Gangotri unite. , 1h32
