Synopsis
Trois ans après l'invasion des rats dans Francfort, Frank Dabrock, Stuffz, Honsa et Katrin vont au mariage de leur ami Axel. Peu après leur arrivée, l'assistante d'Axel est retrouvé morte déchiquetée dans sa baignoire - prétendument tué par son chien molosse. Mais Katrin est sûr que ce n'était pas un chien qui a tué la jeune femme, mais des rats. Lorsqu'un autre cadavre se retrouve dans le système du canal peu de temps après, l'hypothèse de Katrin devient certaine : les rats attaquent de nouveau. Voulant explorer un hangar le groupe est poursuivi par une meute de rats et Frank Dabrock perd la vie. Stuffz prend la tête du groupe. Aidé par une jeune femme Svenja, il découvre que les rats sont moddifié géntiquement afin qu'ils ne supportent plus les basses températures. Il projette donc au cours d'une nuit froide de les atirées dans le seul endroit qui sera chauffé cette nuit là et de tout faire exploser.Actors

C'est l'été le plus chaud depuis 150 ans. A Francfort, les ordures ménagères ne sont plus ramassés à la suite d'une grève des éboueurs que la bourgmestre laisse pourrir. Parallèlement les hôpitaux sont débordés par une épidémie de grippe. La jeune docteur Katrin Elder n'a pas le temps de s'occuper de sa fille, celle-ci voulant secourir son chien tombé dans un égout se retrouve coincée derrière une grille, elle est sauvée par Frank Dabrock, un pilote d’hélicoptère de la protection spéciale contre les incendies. Pour la sauver il a du couper l'alimentation électrique d'une partie de la ville dont celle alimentant le Bourse de Francfort. Par représailles la bourgmestre le rétrograde au service des égouts dans la lutte contre les rats. Il se trouve donc on centre des opérations quand la situation se dégrade, les rats se sont multipliés pendant la grève et lorsque des équipes viennent ramasser les ordures, les rats montent à la surface, deviennent agressif et propagent un virus mortel. Une course poursuite va alors s'engager d'une part Febock qui va tenter d'exterminer les rats et d'autre part Katrin Elder qui va tenter de récupérer le docteur Waldemar dont l'organisme a fabriqué des anticorps afin de tenter de produire un vaccin.

Paleontologist Robert Trenton (Dean Cain) is called to Northeastern Antarctica near the Indian Ocean to help the FBI build an underground maximum-security military base and prison for the world's most dangerous criminals and terrorists. The prison is dubbed "New Alcatraz" by the staff. While building the prison, the staff accidentally awaken and unleash a prehistoric Boa Constrictor from its 200 million year hibernation. The snake escapes unnoticed until the staff notice a massive hole chewed in the five-foot thick concrete walls. Soon, the staff, and prisoners begin disappearing as they are brutally hunted and eaten by the snake. The FBI agents, Trenton and the rest of the prisoners try to escape, but are hampered as they don't have many weapons. They begin to give up hope as most of the survivors die. However, Trenton manages to kill the snake by kicking it off the helicopter, which it had bitten into, and it is assumed the fall kills the snake.

After a series of Amazonian Indian attacks on US owned petroleum installation in Brazil, both governments start a secret 'special program'. Dr. Nick Harris (Thorsten Kaye) is a marine biologist hired to deal with the results of an experiment in genetics, a mutated breed of great white sharks have gotten loose on a South African shoreline whilst being transported to an aquarium. The mutant sharks from Dr. Craven's experiments in Shark Attack are back, this time choosing Cape Town, South Africa as their hunting ground. Two sisters, Amy (Caroline Bruins) and Samantha Peterson (Nikita Ager), while diving near a wreck in the reef are attacked by a shark; Samantha survives. One week later, Dr. Nick Harris and his assistant get the shark and install it as a new attraction at Water World - a Sea World rip-off. When the shark escapes, Nick and Samantha go to hunt it and discover that there are 6 mutant Great Whites living in a cave near the beach, and the Water World's surfing competition might be the next victim! Now they team up with Roy - a Discovery Channel shark hunter - to kill the beasts and save Cape Town. Eventually they succeed in luring the sharks into their cave and blow it up, killing them. Roy is initially believed to have perished but in reality survived.

In the quiet mining town of Prosperity, Arizona, an accident involving a rabbit causes a barrel of toxic waste to land in a reservoir. An exotic spider farmer named Joshua (Tom Noonan) has been making regular visits to the site, where he collects crickets for his spiders. Although the spiders have ingested the toxins, he is oblivious since the arachnids seem unaffected. Joshua shows Mike (Scott Terra), a local boy, his collection, which include Jumping spiders, Tarantulas, Trapdoor spiders, and orb-weavers spiders, including a female orb-weaver named Consuela. After Mike leaves, Joshua is bitten by an escaped tarantula and accidentally knocks down the spider cages, causing him to be killed by the spiders. After devouring him, the spiders grow to even bigger proportions.

In the North Atlantic off the coast of Greenland, a highly advanced deep sea oil rig has been recently constructed by the company Nexecon Petroleum, and named "Colossus" for its immense size. This "new" type of oil rig can dig deeper and extract more oil than any other in the world. The fact that this huge rig has been built on fault lines alarms geologists, who are concerned that the delicate ocean floor fault lines in that region might be disturbed through deep drilling, with catastrophic consequences. A reporter, Christen Giddings, has been invited by the CEO of Nexecon, Peter Brazier, to the oil rig in an attempt to address the concerns of the geologists. Christen is accompanied by a trusted cameraman Jake Thompson, who will record their findings. The oil rig's crew seem to be convinced that nothing bad will happen, and are skeptical of the geologists. Brazier hopes that a documented report on "Colossus" will reveal that his rig has all the necessary safety arrangements and that the region is stable enough for a drilling operation. As the drilling commences, a rich oil deposit is discovered. However, further drilling is not stopped and an "ocean floor fault line" gets ruptured, which opens a portal to a "mirror" ocean, hidden under the normal ocean for millions of years and containing prehistoric life. An explosion occurs and the drilling system collapses. A team of engineers descend through a glass elevator to assess the situation. A giant animal is spotted approaching, which turns out to be the most powerful and fearsome oceanic predator that ever lived, Carcharodon megalodon. A struggle for survival ensues as the crew and geologists attempt to escape from "Colossus", during which several people fall victim to the beast. In a desperate move to stop the monster shark, one of the crew members, Ross, lures it to an open space with his small submarine and overloads the fuel tanks of the machine, resulting in a gigantic explosion that kills both him and the beast. The ordeal is not over yet as another Megalodon ventures into open waters, passing below a boat with Christen Giddings on board. However she is unaware of its presence.

After a bank robbery, four criminals try to escape to the village of Santo Cristo in Acapulco, but they hijack the plane when a storm requires the pilot to start to turn around. They force the pilot to continue flying. After the copilot struggles with one of the hijackers, the plane's instrument panel is destroyed and it crashes. Most of the passengers and one of the hijackers die in the crash. The criminals gather the remaining passengers, killing those too injured to be of use, and force the rest to haul their loot through the swamp to the town they need to reach to finish their escape. While they gather the loot, a crocodile suddenly emerges from the water and eats the pilot. The criminals empty three guns into it, killing it.
