It was filmed in London in November–December 1999 and released theatrically in the UK on 25 January 2002. In addition to co-writing the screenplay, Howard and Dempsey also play the film's two leading roles.

Undercover cop Jeffrey Cole (Omar Epps) is a recent graduate of the Cincinnati police academy who dreams of working undercover.
