Synopsis
Christopher Powell est en Malaisie avec sa fiancée et son père pour capturer des animaux sauvages. Pendant une chasse, il est attaqué par un tigre et ses guides s'enfuient le laissant pour mort. Mais le tigre est le compagnon d'Hula, une belle jeune femme qui a grandi par elle-même dans la jungle. Elle sauve Chris et le ramène dans la grotte où elle vit. Tout en le soignant, elle va tomber amoureuse de lui. Guéri, il revient à son campement avec Hula qui a suivi. Mais leur arrivée ne fait pas que des heureux, Ava est jalouse de la complicité entre Hula et son fiancé et les indigènes voient d’un mauvais œil la présence du tigre et de son amie, ce qui va causer bien des problèmes.Actors

À la suite d'un crash d’avion, l’aviateur Bob Mitchell et son mécanicien Jimmy Wallace se retrouvent sur une île du Pacifique. Ils ont échappé à la mort grâce à Toura, une belle jeune fille, vivant seule avec un chimpanzé et un tigre Meewa. Toura est considérée comme une déesse par les indigènes des îles voisines. Ils font la connaissance de la jeune fille très ignorante des coutumes civilisées, Bob tombant sous son charme lui enseigne même comment embrasser. Prêts à quitter l’île sur un radeau de fortune, ils sont attaqués et capturés par les cruels adorateurs du dieu Crocodile dirigés par un prêtre dément nommé Kuasa. Tous les blancs sont devenus ses ennemis mortels depuis qu’une Anglaise a rejeté une fois son amour, il s’est vengé d'elle en kidnappant sa fille Toura qu’il a installée dans l’île. Voyant que Toura veut partir, Kuasa veut la sacrifier avec ses nouveaux amis au dieu crocodile quand le volcan se met en éruption et détruit Kuasa et ses hommes. Bob, Jimmy et Toura rencontrent sur la plage des sauveteurs dans lesquels se trouve Eleanor la fiancée de Bob. Bob épris de Toura doit maintenant choisir entre elle et sa fiancée.

While flying a routine mission for the U.S. Navy from his aircraft carrier, an emergency causes Lieutenant Robin "Rob" Crusoe (Van Dyke) to eject from his F-8 Crusader into the ocean. Crusoe drifts on the ocean in an emergency life raft for several days and nights until landing on an uninhabited island. Crusoe builds a shelter for himself, fashions new clothing out of available materials, and begins to scout the island, discovering an abandoned Japanese submarine from World War II.
