Synopsis
Synopsis A Atlanta, entre 1979 et 1981, 29 garçons afro-américains, dont la plupart sont encore des enfants, disparaissent ou sont retrouvés assassinés. Les événements sont suivis par les médias jusqu'en 1982, date à laquelle un certain Wayne Williams est condamné pour deux des meurtres, après l'une des plus importantes chasses à l'homme de l'histoire américaine. Les autorités, satisfaites, classent l'affaire. Mais les journalistes Ron Larson et Pat Laughlin, avertis d'un certain nombre de faits nouveaux et convaincus que l'enquête a été bâclée, se rendent sur place et décident de reprendre les investigations. Les deux hommes commencent par recueillir les témoignages des mères des enfants.Actors

Jennifer Anne Monroe (Tiffani Thiessen) is a typical all American teenage girl, who has a falling out with her best friend Ellen Holloway (Margaret Welsh) and doesn't return home. A small oil rig located on a small river in Louisiana hits it big and former oiler John Sanders (who quit when a blowout occurred on a rig he was the boss of and four men died) and his friend Emery are hired to take his ex-wife Kelly and her boss to the location. Nearby, some thugs do diving for stolen goods that were dumped nearby. Unfortunately, at the same time, a huge bull shark enters the river and starts terrorizing and killing people. Emery's people, a local tribe, believe that the shark is a spirit that supposedly protects the area where the well is manifested in physical form as vengeance for the oil rig.
