Vijay (Sunil Shetty) sole ambition is to become a collector like his father was. He is concentrating completely on his studies except for a few disturbances by Pooja (Anjali Jathar) who loves him and wants to marry him. Vijay always believed that his parents were in fact murdered and not killed in an accident, by their old faithful security officer Babu (Danny Denzongpa). Vijay starts searching for Babu, and finally when he finds him, Babu tells him that he was merely used as a pawn to cover up his parent's murder and the actual killer is roaming scot free, and only one man can lead Vijay to the killer and that is Girdhari (Lalit Tiwari) in Khandala. But before Vijay can find the truth, Girdhari is killed. Vijay and Babu start working in a casino owned by Shanti Prasad (Anupam Kher). There the local don Rana (Mohan Joshi) becomes their enemy, who is after Shanti Prasad's casino and Vijay's life. Finally when Vijay decides to leave Khandala, he comes to know of the actual murderers. Vijay loses Babu in the fight. Now Vijay is all-alone to fight with his enemies.

A couple of newlyweds, Olga and Michael, are traveling along the desert and accidentally trespass on the property of Magda Urtado (Ajita Wilson), who is the director of a boot camp of sorts, where the women are treated as slaves and are half naked at all times. Magda keeps Olga in captivity while Michael is free to go, but later on in the film he plans an escape for Olga. She goes to work with the other girls out in the hot desert, and the rest of the film is a series of subplots, including in which a few of the workers are sent out to be hookers, one where a worker participates in a deadly game of cat and mouse, and one where the impotent Governor (Antonio Mayans, billed as Robert Foster) buys a couple of the workers to help him perform. There is also a scene where the Governor is finally able to have sex with his wife, but only while watching one of the females being raped by a dog. Director Jess Franco also stars in the movie as an obviously gay man.

Inspector Abhay Rathod (Sunil Shetty) is an honest and diligent Police Inspector employed with Bombay Police. He was assigned the case of racketeer and criminal don, Shekhar Mohan (Ajay Devgan). Abhay successfully entraps and arrests him, and has him sentenced to a long jail term. Years later, Abhay is now the Assistant Commissioner of Police; is a happy family man with his wife (Priyanka Chopra) and son Chirag (Parth Dave) and Shekhar Mohan has completed his jail term and is looking to seek vengeance against Abhay. He does so by kidnapping Chirag and taking him along with him. The object for the kidnap was to trace his lost son, whose information he feels, is with Abhay. After several attempts to get the answer, finally Shekhar tricks Abhay, making him feel that he has killed Chirag. Abhay's wife, feeling Chirag is killed, informs Shekhar that Chirag is his son. Shekhar, is now wonder struck and tries to get Chirag's affection and love. Shekhar finds out that Chirag loves racing and takes him on various race courses where the child is thrilled to watch fast sport cars, and soon starts a friendship with "Uncle" Shekhar.
