The story begins in 1973 Moscow, where Engineer Aleksandr (Shurik) Timofeev (Aleksandr Demyanenko) is working on a time machine in his apartment. By accident, he sends Ivan Vasilevich Bunsha (Yuri Yakovlev), superintendent of his apartment building, and George Miloslavsky (Leonid Kuravlev), a small-time burglar, back into the time of Ivan IV "The Terrible". The pair is forced to disguise themselves, with Bunsha dressing up as Ivan IV and Miloslavsky as a knyaz of the same name. At the same time, the real Ivan IV (also played by Yuri Yakovlev) is sent by the same machine into Shurik's apartment, he has to deal with modern-day life while Shurik tries to fix the machine so that everyone can be brought back to their proper place in time. Superintendent Bunsha and Tzar Ivan IV the Terrible are lookalikes but have completely different personalities, which results in funny situations of mistaken identity. As the police (tipped off by a neighbor who was burgled by Miloslavsky) close in on Shurik, who is frantically trying to repair the machine, the cover of Bunsha and Miloslavsky is blown and they have to fight off the Streltsy, who have figured out that Bunsha is an impostor. The movie ends with Bunsha, Miloslavsky, and Ivan IV all transported back to their proper places, although the entire episode is revealed to be a dream by Shurik.

In 2805, Earth is long-abandoned and covered in heaps of garbage leftover from decades of mass consumerism, facilitated by the megacorporation Buy 'n' Large (BnL). Seven hundred years earlier, BnL evacuated Earth's population in fully automated starliners, leaving behind WALL-E trash compactor robots to clean the planet for humanity's eventual return, however the plan failed and all the bots were shut off. Only one WALL-E robot remains active, and has developed sentience after so many years of life-experience. He manages to remain active by repairing himself using parts from other inactive units.

At a meeting of the Astronomic Club, its president, Professor Barbenfouillis, proposes a trip to the Moon. After addressing some dissent, five other brave astronomers—Nostradamus, Alcofrisbas, Omega, Micromegas, and Parafaragaramus—agree to the plan. They build a space capsule in the shape of a bullet, and a huge cannon to shoot it into space. The astronomers embark and their capsule is fired from the cannon with the help of "marines", most of whom are played by a bevy of young women in sailors' outfits. The Man in the Moon watches the capsule as it approaches, and it hits him in the eye.

Daffy Duck finit par y atterrir. Il en prend possession au nom de la Terre, au moment où Marvin le Martien fait de même au nom de la planète Mars. Les deux champions planétaires vont devoir s’affronter en un combat où la ruse compte encore plus que la force brute. Au cours de leur recherche de la suprématie sur la planète, Daffy et Marvin se menacent chacun d'un pistolet désintégrateur. Quand Marvin tire, il désintègre Daffy en particules atomiques. Mais heureusement Porky le « réintègre » grâce à un pistolet du même nom. Depuis leur vaisseau respectif, Daffy et Marvin s'espionnent ; puis chacun dirige sur l'autre une arme extrêmement destructrice. La planète est peu après complètement détruite, sauf un petit morceau qui flotte dans l'espace et auquel se raccrochent les trois protagonistes. Tandis que Daffy-Duck Dodgers crie victoire, Porky conclut par un désabusé « Oh la belle affaire.

Meanwhile, Adolf Hitler, a.k.a. "Kung Führer", enters the timeline and remotely guns down the police chief and attacks the precinct through a mobile phone. Intent to avenge the chief, Kung Fury has computer whiz Hackerman send him back in time to kill Hitler in Nazi Germany. A glitch in the system, however, sends him back into the Viking Age. After Kung Fury meets the Viking valkyries Barbarianna and Katana, the Norse god Thor sends him to Nazi Germany for him to finish his job.

Une rampe de lancement de fusée se trouve exactement au-dessus du terrier de Bugs Bunny. Notre lapin se réveille d'une nuit difficile. Il ne se rend pas compte qu'en sortant de chez lui, il rentre dans la fusée par la tuyère. La fusée quitte la Terre avec le lapin à bord. Bugs émerge enfin du sommet de la fusée, se rend compte qu'il est loin dans l'espace. Il se retrouve accroché au spoutnik avec lequel il atterrit dans une sorte de gigantesque station spatiale. Il découvre l'extraterrestre Marvin se déplaçant vers un étrange (et très gros) télescope orienté sur la Terre, et qui se révèle être un canon dont le but est de détruire cette planète qui lui cache la vue de Vénus. Il loge à la base du « canon-télescope » une pièce décisive, qui est en fait un tout petit bâton de dynamite. Bugs éteint le bâton avant qu'il n'explose, puis le vole. Marvin envoie ses « troupes » à la poursuite de Bugs, troupes formées de martiens à corps de poulet vert. Il les crée à partir d'un distributeur automatique doté d'une capacité de 10 000 martiens « instantanés », déshydratés dans leur bocal. Marvin les fait revenir à leur taille normale en les arrosant avec de l'eau comme avec des graines.

The film is set in 1980s Moscow. Random passers-by, two Soviet citizens previously unknown to each other ("Uncle Vova", a gruff construction foreman from Moscow, Vladimir Mashkov, and a "Violinist", a student from Georgia, Gedevan Aleksidze), start a conversation with him, during which the stranger shows them an alien teleportation device – "traveller". The foreman Mashkov holds out his hand to the device and, despite the stranger's warnings, presses a random button. Suddenly Uncle Vova and the violinist find themselves alone on the desert planet "Pluke" in the "Kin-dza-dza" galaxy. From that point on, the movie describes their long quest to find a way back home.
