Baron Victor Frankenstein (Cushing) is housed at an insane asylum where he has been made a surgeon at the asylum, and has a number of privileges, as he holds secret information on Adolf Klauss, the asylum's corrupt and perverted director (John Stratton). The Baron, under the alias of Dr. Carl Victor, uses his position to continue his experiments in the creation of man.
Dr. Victor Frankenstein creates a monster to show his scientific theories, but soon leaves him. So the scientist tries to rebuild his live getting married with Janet, and retires to his castle with Igor. However the monster goes back to haunt Frankenstein, and so Victor finds out that the monster has ferocious sexual orientation to Janet. Frankenstein then calls the servant Igor to readjust the monster, but also Igor takes advantage of Janet...
When a hot air balloon crashes on a remote and uncharted island, the four balloonists and their dog Melvin are captured by a pair of drunken old pirates who take them to the hilltop laboratory home of Dr. Frankenstein's modern-day descendant Sheila Frankenstein (Katherine Victor) who is carrying on the family tradition by turning shipwrecked sailors into pre-programmed bloodless, black-garbed zombies who must wear sunglasses to protect their weird white eyes from light.
A teenage couple, Mary and Scott, are on their way home from a Halloween party when car trouble prompts them to seek help at the old mansion of Dr. Frankenstein. Once inside, they meet a host of strange characters, at whose mercy Scott and Mary suddenly find themselves when Frankenstein informs them, "I'm sorry the bridge is out, you'll have to spend the night!"
Victor Frankenstein (played by Barret Oliver) is a young boy who creates movies starring his dog, Sparky (a Bull Terrier, whose name is a play on the use of electricity in the film). After Sparky is hit by a car, Victor learns at school about electrical impulses in muscles and is inspired to bring his pet back to life. He creates elaborate machines which bring down a bolt of lightning that revives the dog. While Victor is pleased, his neighbors are terrified by the animal, and when the Frankensteins decide to introduce the revitalized Sparky to them they become angry and terrified.
Vernon Coyle (Pasdar), a detective with the Los Angeles Police Department, is trying to solve a series of bizarre murders. His girlfriend, Grace (Polo), turns into a werewolf and is kidnapped by Crispian Grimes (Wise), a vampire and owner of the nightclub, House of Frankenstein.
I Was A Teenage Frankenstein's Roommate is the story of Hiram Belmore (Patrick Casey) and his attempt to create life and therefore win the school science fair. Peggy (Sarah K. Bizek) and her boyfriend Dwight (Nick Stukas) are house-sitting for Peggy's professor. Dwight's friend Hiram hijacks the house and uses it in his experiment to create his Frankenstein's monster, which he names Monster (Worm Miller). His class rival Lionel Kerr (Sean Hall) is trying to prevent this and win the science fair himself, while Clerval (Jack Shreck) co-opts control of a religious sect to make things turn out in his favor and wackiness ensues.
Researchers conduct secret and illegal experiments using stem cells. The researchers accidentally discover a serum derived from these stem cells capable of reviving dead cellular tissue. When a security guard, David Doyle, is injured while working and threatens to sue the research company, he is promptly murdered and used as a test subject.
Mad Doctor Monroe Lazaroff seeks to create a biological "terror weapon" in a secluded beach house. His first creation is an amphibious Creature, created by mixing human, fish and reptile DNA. This Creature turns against its creators and escapes into the nearby ocean and soon is terrorizing those who venture onto its beach territory in Blood Cove.

Starting at the North Pole, a sea captain and his explorer crew encounter Dr. Frankenstein and his creature trying to kill each other. The doctor is saved. As he warns the captain of danger, he tells how he made his creature in the Switzerland of 1818 by way of chemical and biological construction which the creature is a clone (of sorts) of Frankenstein himself, establishing a psychic bond between Creator and his Creation.
