Adnan Hasković (born 23 December 1984) is a Bosnian actor.

Biography

Adnan Hasković studied acting in Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo from 2003. He studied under professor Izudin Bajrović and then under professor Admir Glamočak. His professional debut was shown in Narodno Pozorište Sarajevo (Public Theater Sarajevo) with theater performance in Legenda o Ali-paši (English: Legend of Ali Pasha), and then Tvrđava (English: Tower), Prvi put s ocem na izbore (English: First time with dad to vote), Jedan čovjek i jedna žena, ženidba (English: One man and one wife: The Marriage), Balada o Omeru i Merimi (English: Balad of Omer and Merima).

Adnan also acted in numerous Bosnian films including: Fedex, Prva plata (English: First paycheck), Miješano meso za četiri osobe (English: Mixed meat for four people), Teško je biti fin (English: It's hard to be nice).

First acting participation with SARTR (Sarajevo War Theater) in the play Ana Karenina (he played Ložač), and from 1 July 2008 he became an employed member of acting ensemble of SARTR.

His latest film, Venuto al mondo (2012), stars Penélope Cruz and was filmed in his home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In 2014, an attempt to counteract global warming through climate engineering results in an ice age that extinguishes all life except the inhabitants of the Snowpiercer, a massive train powered by a perpetual motion engine that travels a globe-spanning track, created by the transportation magnate Wilford. By 2031, elites inhabit the extravagant front cars and the "scum" inhabit the tail in squalid and brutal conditions. Oft-married Gemma visits Sarajevo with her only child, Pietro. The two of them had escaped the city sixteen years ago, just days after his birth during the Bosnian War. Diego, her second husband and Pietro's father, remained behind and later died. As they travel with her wartime friend Gojco, she tries to repair her relationship with Pietro, asking her third husband (by phone) if she should tell Pietro that she did not give birth to him. Gemma is later stunned by the revelation that Pietro's real mother, Aska, is still alive and married to Gojco. Aska reveals that, contrary to Gemma's long held belief, Diego was not Pietro's father, as she had been a sex slave to a garrison of the Serb Volunteer Guard. Gemma must face loss, the cost of war and the redemptive power of love.
