Avril 1945. L'Allemagne nazie, en plein chaos, vit ses dernières heures avant de capituler. Les troupes allemandes de la Wehrmacht sont pourchassées par les forces alliées tandis que les déserteurs se font exécuter. Ben Logan, an American single parent who has recently moved with his estranged daughter to Belgium, works for a multinational technology corporation called Halgate Group. When one of his co-workers discovers that a patent has been apparently misfiled, Logan brings it to the attention of his boss, Derek Kohler. In 1941, SS colonel Hans Landa, the "Jew Hunter", interrogates French dairy farmer Perrier LaPadite as to the whereabouts of the last unaccounted-for Jewish family in the neighborhood.
