Clare Elizabeth Kramer (born September 3, 1974) is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Glory, the Big Bad of season 5 of the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Kramer married producer Brian Keathley in October 29, 2005. They have four children: daughters Gavin (born 2008) and River Marie (born 2010) and sons Hart (born 2012) and Sky Lynlee (born 2013).

Clare Elizabeth Kramer was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to a kindergarten teacher mother and a petroleum geologist father. and spent most of her childhood in Delaware, Ohio. She is of British and German descent. She has a younger sister named Callie; their parents are Terry and Sandy. After graduating from high school, she attended New York University and received a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She moved to Los Angeles in December 1999.Kramer married producer Brian Keathley in October 29, 2005. They have four children: daughters Gavin (born 2008) and River Marie (born 2010) and sons Hart (born 2012) and Sky Lynlee (born 2013).

Alex Mathis (Greg Grunberg) is a cash-strapped but good-natured exterminator working in Los Angeles. While helping an elderly woman with a rodent problem, he is bitten by a poisonous spider and is treated at a hospital. Meanwhile, a mortician is bitten by a rodent-sized spider that crawls out of a dead body which just arrived at the hospital. Learning of this, Alex offers to take care of the spider in exchange for clearing his hospital bill. José Ramos (Lombardo Boyar), a hospital security guard, offers to help Alex. Going to the morgue, Alex deduces the spider escaped into an air vent. He enters the vent and communicates with José via walkie-talkie. Meanwhile, a military task force led by Major Braxton Tanner (Ray Wise) and Lieutenant Karly Brant (Clare Kramer) show up at the hospital to examine the dead body the spider burst out of.

Torrance Shipman, a student at Rancho Carne High School in San Diego, anxiously dreams about her first day of senior year. Her boyfriend, Aaron has left for college, and her cheerleading squad, the Toros, is aiming for a sixth consecutive national title. Torrance is elected to replace the team captain, "Big Red," who is graduating. Soon, however, teammate Carver is injured and can no longer compete. Torrance replaces her with Missy Pantone, a gymnast who recently transferred to the school with her brother Cliff, with whom Torrance develops a flirtatious friendship. While watching the Toros practice, Missy recognizes their routines from a rival squad that her previous high school used to compete against. After accusing Torrance of being a liar and stealing (and upon seeing Torrance's angry reaction, thus realizing Torrance was completely unaware) she drives Torrance to Los Angeles, where they watch the East Compton Clovers perform routines that are virtually identical to their own team's. Isis, the Clovers' team captain, angrily confronts the two. Torrance learns that "Big Red" regularly attended the Clovers' practices to videotape and steal their routines.
