Gregor Jordan (born 1966) is an Australian film director.
Jordan's films include Two Hands (1999), Buffalo Soldiers (2001), and Ned Kelly (2003). He has also directed the concert video These Days: Live in Concert (2004) by Australian rock band Powderfinger.
His film Two Hands won the Australian Film Institute Award for Best Direction and Best Screenplay in 1999. He has most recently directed a film version of The Informers written by Bret Easton Ellis and Nicholas Jarecki and the thriller Unthinkable starring Samuel L. Jackson. He has finished production on a live concert DVD of Powderfinger's final concert tour 'Sunsets' and is in production on a documentary about Ian Thorpe's return to professional swimming. He is also developing several feature films as well as an interactive film making website called smashcut.com.
Gregor is married to a New Zealand actress Simone Kessell. They have one son, Jack, who was born in January 2005 in Los Angeles.
Prior to making films Gregor Jordan played Bassanio in The Merchant of Venice for Shakespeare By The Sea (Australia).

An American Muslim man and former Delta Force operator, Yusuf (Sheen), makes a videotape. When FBI Special Agent Helen Brody (Moss) and her team see news bulletins looking for Yusuf, they launch an investigation, which is curtailed when they are summoned to a high school, which has been converted into a black site under military command. They are shown Yusuf's complete tape, where he threatens to detonate three nuclear bombs in separate U.S. cities if his demands are not met.

The movie opens in 1983 at an elegant L.A. party at a mansion. Bruce (Fernando Consagra) wanders away from the party and is killed by a speeding car. After the funeral, his friends Graham, Martin and Tim sit drinking on a fancy hotel patio. Only Raymond is truly devastated and cries bitterly. The friends dismiss Raymond's tears. When Raymond leaves, Graham follows him.

The film started out with a young Ned Kelly rescuing a young boy from drowning. It then pans to the Australian bush with Ned talking about his father. He then awakens in the Australian outback and sees a white mare. He rides it into town, only to be arrested and subsequently imprisoned in 1871, for supposedly stealing the horse, even though it had actually been stolen by Wild Wright, Ned's friend.

Specialist Ray Elwood (Joaquin Phoenix) is a U.S. Army soldier stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1989. Bored with the lack of a war, he instead devotes his attention to black market deals, as well as cooking heroin for a gang of drug-dealing Military Police led by Sergeant Saad. As a supply specialist, Elwood poses as a model soldier and friendly confidant to his incompetent commanding officer, Colonel Berman (Ed Harris), who gives Elwood the opportunity to turn Army protocol to his advantage. Berman has no idea what supplies his subordinate is requisitioning or that Elwood is sleeping with his wife (Elizabeth McGovern).

Jimmy, while working at a strip club in Kings Cross, is approached by local mob boss Pando who says he has work for him. Pando gives Jimmy $10,000 to deliver to a woman in Bondi, and when she appears not to be home, he goes for a swim on the beach. Unfortunately the $10,000 is stolen by two street kids while he is swimming, leaving him heavily indebted to the furious Pando and his gang.
