“ Lucifer and his gangsters dress their minibus to resemble a police vehicle, and pose as policemen for a robbery. Police Officer Tsui sensed "criminal intent." Without police orders, he investigates these gangsters. At the robbery the gangsters engage in a gunfight against the real criminals, who kill randomly. Lucifer and his men are infuriated. They may wear police costumes and use toy guns, but their passion is real. Sensing their righteous passion, Tsui decides to side with the impostors and their 16-passenger EU vehicle. David must retrieve the diamond from the evildoers in order to save the world. David intends to thwart a covert sale of the Lucky Star between arms dealer Li Wan (Morris Rong) and Mr. Gao (Jack Kao) at a posh rooftop party. Lovestruck Sophie crashes the party hoping to meet David. Through a series of misunderstandings and a case of mistaken identity, she briefly winds up in possession of the gem herself and is the only one who can unlock its top-secret case. Dan (Ella Chen) is a high school tomboy who has developed a mindset that most males are bad and like to bully females because of watching her mother cried over a "bad man movie" when she was young, ever since then she has stood up to any males that bully females. Dan refuses, denying that she had any fault in what happened but when her school principal threatens to call her mother to school Dan agrees to being the new lead actress. At first she thinks filming a movie will be a piece of cake until she has to put in a lot of effort in acting for her role and experiencing the behind the scenes of what it takes to make an movie. As filming progresses she gets to know Justin better and realizes that his passion is not being an actor but baking. She also starts falling for Justin and realizes that not all males are as bad as she thinks.

The plot follows four seemingly separate stories that intersect and converge at points throughout the movie.
