John Roderick Graham is an award-winning American film composer. He is best known for his film scores to "Alleged," "Bitch Slap," "Lange Flate Ballær 2" and "American Strays." He won first prize for Best Original Score for his music in "Alleged" at the Michigan Film Festival, and won Best Soundtrack Album for his score for Long Flat Balls II at the Just Plain Folks awards.

Red's Desert Diner Oasis, a dive in the middle of nowhere, becomes the focal point of three separate storylines. In the first, Dwayne (Savage), a homicidal vacuum cleaner salesman, may have met his match in Patty Mae (Tilly), a woman with an impressive collection of sweepers. Air Force courier Nick Corrigan is sent to deliver a message to a nuclear missile base in a remote corner of the Midwest.
