Manabu Oshio (押尾 学, Oshio Manabu, born May 6, 1978) is a Japanese former singer and actor. He is the former vocalist of the band LIV. He was convicted in 2011 of drug use and failing to provide assistance to an acquaintance who died after taking drugs he had provided her.

Biography

Manabu Oshio grandit à Los Angeles, de 1982 à 1990. Il commence sa carrière en 1998 à la télévision dans le drama L'amour, c'est parfois un mensonge (愛、ときどき嘘, Ai, tokidoki uso). Il épouse l'actrice Akiko Yada (矢田 亜希子, Yada Akiko) en novembre 2006. De cette union nait un fils en janvier 2008. Ils se séparent en 2009.

Dans le cadre d'une enquête sur la mort d'une hôtesse à Roppongi le 2 août 2009, Oshio est arrêté le lendemain, suspecté d'avoir consommé de l'ecstasy.

The movie begins with Mr. Nagara, a wealthy CEO, complaining to his loyal assistant, Ishida, that he does not like the way he has to entertain the people he is signing a contract with. They eat sushi off of the naked bodies of women lying on the tables. Ishida receives a phone call and tells Mr. Nagara that his daughter has killed herself. Mr. Nagara blames Midori's boyfriend, David, a Spanish man who owns a wine shop in Tokyo. Mr. Nagara cannot abide the fact that David is alive and Midori is dead. Ishida says he will take care of it and hires a woman who works in a fish market, Ryu, to murder David.
