Mark Margolis (born November 26, 1939) is an American actor. He has been recently known for his Emmy-nominated performance as Héctor "Tio" Salamanca in Breaking Bad despite the fact that his character regularly has no dialogue in the series.

"The Courier" lives in a derelict flat where he has adopted a mouse as his pet.
