Mink was raised in a conservative and protective environment, with her family trying to inculcate in her traditional Indian values instead of western mores. Lisa (Mink Brar) can't remember who she is. She is aware of only two things - her dress is full of blood and she's got a coat full of cash. Her husband Arjun (Milind Soman) is a famous surgeon who does his best to help her remember. So begins a love story in which Arjun tries to make his wife fall in love with him all over again. All going well until Lisa gets a strange feeling about what went wrong that night. She starts getting flashes of blood and money. Arjun can't seem to help her and neither can their friendly neighbor Anju(Yukta Mookhey), who is always around to help Lisa get better. The mystery unfolds when Anju's husband Dev (Sameer Dharmadhikari), a naval officer and Lisa's college friend, returns. Dev doesn't want to wait till her memory returns and he won't rest until he can figure out how Lisa's life became so twisted. Lisa must decide if she wants to discover the truth or be content with the life Arjun has created for her.

Jahaan (Kiran Janjani), Aakash (Vikas Sethi) and Jahaan's girlfriend Nikki (Adyasha) are good friends and members of a dance troupe. Jahaan wants to get rich very quickly while Aakash wants to establish his career as a dancer. Impressed by Jahaan's dancing skills, Sonia (Mink Brar) tells him that he could earn a large sum of money by stripping at shows. The other also joins him on the condition that he will do it only once. The second friend refuses to do another show and both the friends quarrel over this matter. Jahaan continues to perform at strip shows. At one of these shows he meets a middle-aged woman, Sharon (Mita Vashisht), and falls in love with her. When Sharon gets bored of this affair, she breaks it off but Jahaan is unable to recover. He does not behave properly with Nikki and eventually she leaves him. One day, Aakash's father Mr. Rai invites Jahaan to his home for dinner. At his house Jahaan learns that Sharon is actually Mrs. Rai, Aakash's mother.

The film starts with a group of college students enjoying a picnic in a beautiful forest in Ooty. One of the girls, Nisha (Mink Brar) in that group, dies after being attacked under mysterious circumstances outside a bungalow in front of the forest. She had attacked her boyfriend too, who, though injured, managed to live on. She was rushed to the hospital, where just before dying, her facial look and voice changed completely for a short while, thus confusing all the attending doctors. Professor Agni Swaroop (Ashutosh Rana), who is supposedly an expert in phenomena involving the unexplained and the supernatural is called by the police to look into the matter. Prof. Swaroop and the police visit the forest at the same place where Nisha was attacked and after investigating from Nisha's boyfriend, Prof. Swaroop declares that she was attacked by a spirit. He further reveals that this spirit has waked for some purpose and it will not stop until that purpose is fulfilled.

This is a family story. Jhoomri and her husband, Bhimsha, move into a new neighbourhood. Their immediate neighbours are three squabbling couples: Vijay and Anjali who are newly married; Appu Khote and Vimla, who are married and have four children; and Ravi and Meena, who are married and have one child. Badal (Bobby Deol) is a young man with a tragic childhood.
