Olivia Hussey (born Olivia Osuna; 17 April 1951) is an Argentine-born English actress who became famous for her role as Juliet in Franco Zeffirelli's 1968 film version of Romeo and Juliet, winning a Golden Globe and also the David di Donatello Award for best actress. She is also well known for her role as Mary, the mother of Jesus in the 1977 TV production of Jesus of Nazareth. She has starred in films such as Black Christmas (1974), Death on the Nile (1978), Virus (1980) and Turkey Shoot (1982).

Biography

In 1971, Hussey married actor Dean Paul Martin, son of the singer Dean Martin. They had a son, Alexander Gunther Martin (later an actor), in 1973, before divorcing in 1978. Dean Paul Martin died in 1987 when his National Guard F-4 Phantom jet fighter crashed in California's San Bernardino Mountains during a snowstorm.

In 1980, Hussey married Japanese musician Akira Fuse, consisted of two ceremonies at home in Los Angeles and an Indian wedding in Miami. She had one son, Max (born 1983). Divorced from Fuse in 1989, she remarried, in 1991, to American musician David Glen Eisley, a son of the late actor Anthony Eisley. In October 1993, she gave birth to a daughter, India Eisley, now an actress.

Justin (Freddie Highmore) lives in the kingdom of Gabylonia, where bureaucrats rule and knights have been ousted. His dream is to become one of the Knights of Valour, like his grandfather, Sir Roland. But his father Reginald (Alfred Molina), a widower and the chief counsel to the Queen (Olivia Williams), wants his son to follow in his footsteps and become a lawyer. After an argument with his father, Justin seeks comfort from his grandmother (Julie Walters), a friend of the Queen, who encourages him to follow his dreams. Justin notices that his grandfather's sword is missing. He decides to go and find his grandfather's sword as his quest. His grandmother gives him a key which originally belonged to his grandfather and tells him to go to an abbey where three wise monks would train him. Before Justin leaves on his quest, he visits his crush Lara (Tamsin Egerton) who is a spoilt brat and the daughter of the kingdom's greatest economic. He wants to say farewell to her, though she is not really listening.

A young genius becomes obsessed with beating a chess wizard. He has a mind which uses far more of his frontal lobes than any normal person which means he can memorise a book in seconds. It also causes him to have fits which endanger his life. It is something to do with his mother who had a similar genius which turned her mad and forced her husband to kill her to save himself and their two sons. Psychiatric treatment does not seem to be working for him and meanwhile a monster is killing the people he knows. Although it is not revealed till near the end, you will quickly guess that the chess genius is his long lost brother.
