He studied Art at the İstanbul State Fine Arts Academy and also finished courses there in Textile Design as well as cinema and television. From 1979-1980, he worked as a copywriter, and from 1980-1984 in the Grafika Lintas Advertising agency. In 1984, he founded his production company Sinegraf.Usually with

Yusuf Miroğlu goes with Zeynep to Diyarbakır in southeast Turkey to attend his best friend Cemal's wedding.
