Peter Alexander Haber (born December 12, 1952 in Skelleftehamn) is a Swedish actor. He grew up in Södertälje and in Remscheid, Germany. In 1987 he was hired by the Stockholm City Theatre where he was active until 1994. At the 29th Guldbagge Awards, he was nominated for the Best Actor award for his role in Sune's Summer.

The most famous roles that Haber has played are the father Rudolf in the series Sune, Carl Hamilton in Fiendens fiende (Enemy's Enemy) and Martin Beck from 1997–2015. Haber has been married since 1990 to the actor Lena T. Hansson.

Biography

Peter Haber est le fils du scénographe, peintre de portraits et céramiste Karl-Egon "KEH" Haber, natif de Remscheid en Allemagne, et de Gudrun Marie Alexandra Haber, la fille de Guido Valentin et petite-fille de Karl Valentin .

Il passe son enfance à Södertälje] et à Remscheid. En 1987, il débute sa carrière de comédien au Théâtre municipal de Stockholm où il reste actif jusqu'en 1994.

Les rôles les plus notables de Haber sont celui du père Rudolf dans la série Sune och hans värld et celui de Carl Hamilton dans Fiendens fiende (L'Ennemi de l'ennemi) et dans Martin Beck de 1997 à 2010.

Haber est marié depuis 1990 à l'actrice Lena T. Hansson .

Two police officers, Andreas and Simon, live very different lives. In a playground in the centre of the urban idyll, the police find a buried wooden box containing a famous and well-respected prosecutor. Martin Beck and his police team initially suspect a highly criminal MC-leader of the attack, but one pretty soon has to re-evaluate the case once the MC-leader is found murdered in a similar wooden box. Soon, more wooden boxes are found and the police realize that they are part of a cat and mouse game with a crazy serial killer. The investigation soon shows that there is a vague connection between the victims in the shape of a 9 year old event, but what Martin Beck does not suspect is that his own life too is at stake, as the murderer has chosen him as the next victim.
