Robert Markowitz (born February 7, 1935 in Irvington, New Jersey) is an American film director and television director. He has directed a number television films that include Too Young to Die? (1990), Decoration Day (1990), Because Mommy Works (1994), The Tuskegee Airmen (1995), The Great Gatsby (2000), The Pilot's Wife (2003), Word of Honor (2003) and among other films.

He also directed episodes Delvecchio, Serpico and the anthology series Amazing Stories.

His last directing credit was the TNT television film Avenger (2003) starring Sam Elliott and Timothy Hutton.

Biography

Robert Markowitz a réalisé de nombreux films pour la télévision comme Trop jeune pour mourir (1990), Decoration Day (1990), Because Mommy Works (1994), Pilotes de choix (1995), Gatsby le Magnifique (2000), The Pilot's Wife (2003), Word of Honor (2003) et Avenger (2006).

Il réalise également des épisodes de séries télévisées comme Delvecchio, Serpico et Histoires fantastiques.

Miranda Wells is an attorney with a sideline in immigration fraud and murder. Miranda's assistant, Carla, is unaware of her criminal activities. During World War II, Hannibal Lee (Laurence Fishburne), traveling by train to Tuskegee, Alabama, is joined by other African American men from different backgrounds.
