Le passionné d'affaires criminelles, Kang Dae-man (Kwon Sang-woo), vend sa boutique de bande-dessinée pour ouvrir une agence de détective sans le dire à sa femme et s'associe avec l'ancien flic à la retraite, No Tae-su (Seong Dong-il ). Due to her mounting bills, Moon Hye-rim becomes a nurse's aide and is assigned to the VIP ward to take care of a patient who has been left paralyzed by a stroke, Kim Cheol-oh.
