Sian Breckin (born 1982) is a British film, television and theatre actress. From 1993 to 1999, Breckin attended classes at the Roundhay School, and received A-Level in the field of drama. She went on to study theatre at the British drama school called East 15 Acting School, and as part of her drama graduate showcase she acted in the production of After Miss Julie by Patrick Marber.

Donkey Punch directed by Olly Blackburn was Breckin's feature film debut; she starred alongside Jaime Winstone, Nichola Burley, Tom Burke and Julian Morris. Subsequent television appearances included roles on series The Bill, Inspector George Gently, The Royal and Heartbeat.

Breckin acted in the film Tender directed by Deborah Haywood, and in Alice by filmmaker Marianne Elliott. She had guest starring roles on the television series Doctors and Casualty, and appeared as PC Janet Taylor in DCI Banks. She starred as Kelly in the 2011 film Tyrannosaur directed by Paddy Considine. Breckin had a recurring role as Deena Hardman on the Soap opera Hollyoaks in 2012. She and her fellow cast members of Hollyoaks helped to raise money for Centrepoint, a charity for the homeless.

One night, unemployed widower Joseph (Peter Mullan) drunkenly kicks his dog Bluey to death. He buries the dog and goes to the post office, where he mocks some Asian workers then throws a brick through the window when they tell him to leave. At the pub, Joseph attacks two young men playing pool one of whom threatened and mocked him. He then hides in a second-hand shop, where employee Hannah (Olivia Colman) offers to pray for him. That night, Joseph goes to his home and is attacked by the men from the post office. The next morning, Joseph wakes up and goes to the shop, where Hannah looks after him. He begins to berate and insult her, before leaving.

While on a holiday in Mallorca, Spain, Lisa (Sian Breckin), Kim (Jaime Winstone) and Tammi (Nichola Burley) meet four young men, Bluey (Tom Burke), Josh (Julian Morris), Sean (Robert Boulter) and Marcus (Jay Taylor). After spending the day at the resort together, the girls are invited to the men's yacht where they plan to party out at sea. While aboard the boat, they take drugs and the conversation turns to sex, and in particular, types of sexual acts. Bluey describes a sex act called a "donkey punch" which involves punching the female in the back of the head while having doggy style sex in order to increase the sexual pleasure for the man.
