Tyler Jeffery Hynes (born May 6, 1986) is a Canadian actor and film maker.
Hynes was born in Toronto, Ontario, and grew up on a 60-acre (240,000 m) ranch in Russell Ontario. He currently spends his time between home as well as Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and stays part of the year in L.A. He went to elementary school at Mother Theresa Catholic School in Russell and St. Francis Xavier High School as well as North Dundas High School. Tyler is also an avid Skateboarder.
Tyler and his brother Brandon (who has a recording studio) have collaborated on a few projects together the latest being "Don't Hold Back". This CD is a concept CD based on a script Tyler wrote and is in development as a feature film. Tyler also has a production company in L.

The plot follows the two characters who have recently married and are going to Niagara Falls on their honeymoon. Silas Parker (Franco) is a thief who marries Camille Foster (Miller), his parole officer's niece, in hopes it will be his chance to escape to Canada. Mr. Butler is a former pro soccer player whose reputation for partying and gambling has caught up with him. He is sentenced to a year of probation, which includes working as a handyman in a dilapidated boys' home. Karen runs the home for a group of eleven boys whose parents could not raise them for some reason. Karen wants the boys to do something meaningful so she persuades them to start a soccer team known simply as "Home Team". They are terrible, but Mr. Butler, who has concealed his skills so far, is persuaded to coach the team, which eventually improves. A fire damages the home to the point that it must be torn down, and the boys will be separated, but efforts are made to keep the boys together. In a rematch, Home Team ends up defeating the first team they played on the way to a possible championship. The boys' cook Cookie, who likes to bet on horse races, made a bet with a Las Vegas bookie that Home Team would win; his winnings will be enough to get them a new house.
