Vanessa Madeline Angel (born 10 November 1966) is an English-American actress and former model. She played the role of Lisa on the television series Weird Science. She is also known for her role as Claudia in the film Kingpin.

In the opening, a collision between two alien spaceships occurs. The collision unleashes a capsule which heads toward Earth. The capsule collides with a small ship, causing an explosion. The capsule lands near an undersea research lab, the Oshona. The capsule, full of red crystals, attracts sharks. The sharks eat the crystals which cause them to become vicious killers, eating anyone and attacking anything that comes near them. Now, the researchers of the Oshona are stuck underneath the Bermuda Triangle. The Navy attempts to rescue them, but many people die in the process.

Following on from the plot of the last movie, four babies can communicate with each other using 'baby talk', and have knowledge of many secrets. The baby geniuses become involved in a scheme by media mogul Bill Biscane (Jon Voight), later revealed to be known as Kane, who kidnaps children everywhere. Helping the geniuses is a legendary superbaby named Kahuna (he became powerful due to drinking a special chemical, much to the envy of his brother Kane), who stops Biscane's plots and saves children from being kidnapped by Biscane and his minions. In 2004, the puppets along with the formula are now in the ownership of Andre Toulon's great-grandnephew Robert Toulon and his daughter Alexandra. Robert and his daughter are both very brainy and very childlike and collect, fix and build dolls and puppets for a living. Ever since Robert inherited his great-grandfather's puppets he has been trying to create his own life force potion based on Toulon's diary entries using alcohol and blood (which according to Robert and Alex is sacred). One Christmas Eve, Alex and Robert finally figure out how to make the potion and bring the puppets to life. Toulon explains to the awakened puppets who he is and they are quick to accept their new master.

De nos jours, Hank Holten, un inspecteur de police mal noté par ses supérieurs depuis qu'il est divorcé est chargé d’enquêter sur la disparition mystérieuse d'une jeune femme. La police ne pssoède aucune piste et Hank commence son enquête dans les bars et les boites de nuit muni de la photo de la jeune disparue. Croyant la reconnaître dans une boite de nuit, il tente de l'aborder malgré l'opposition d'un homme qui se présente comme son frère. Cependant la jeune femme Leyla n'étant pas insensible aux charmes du policier l’entraîne dans une camionnette et lui pratique une fellation en présence du "frère", lui-même occupée avec une autre jeune femme. Leyla conduit alors Hank a une rave party dans un acier hôpital désaffecté. Hank se retrouve alors au milieu d'une véritable orgie et sa volonté semble annihilée. Leyla souhaite faire l'amour avec lui sans aucun préliminaire. Après quelques minutes, une partie des participants révélé leur véritable nature, ce sont des vampires, et ces derniers se mettent à mordre le cou des personnes qui se sont laissées entraîner. Quand Leyla veut à son tour mordre Hank, celui-ci a un sursaut et tente de s'échapper, mais il est rattrapé par le chef hiérarchique de la secte qui le mord au cou.
