Billy Frankenstein tells the story of a kid named Billy Frank (Jordan Lamoureux), who is related to the distant Victor Frankenstein, along with his artistic mother, Sandy (Melissa Williamson) and workaholic father George (Daran Norris). Beni, age 15, becomes enamoured with a singer from the rock band "The Minks", Fögi Müller, who is ten years older than him. A naked man (Bruno Slagmulder) wakes up in a luxury loft, which is a residential building in an unidentified European city, after a particularly wild New Year's Eve party of the year 2000. He finds a naked woman (Denise Aron-Schropfer) in his bed, and obviously he does not recognize or remember her. He walked naked through the apartment and discovers a pair of partygoers – two young boys, identical twins (Lionel Le Guevellou and Olivier Le Guevellou), in a sleeping bag, hugging each other. He looks out the window and recognizes a man (Flavien Coupeau) and woman (Lucia Sanchez) making love in the apartment across the street, while the woman who was sleeping beside him wakes up, and takes a bath. While he looks at what is happening across the street, he falls off the table he was sitting on, and lands on the floor, breaking a glass. This noise wakes up the twins. He goes into the kitchen to throw the pieces of broken glass away, and discovers ants underneath the garbage can. He goes into the bathroom and tells the women in the bath about the plague of ants in the kitchen.

Several friends (General Ivolgin, huntsman Kuzmich and Leva Soloveychik) decide to spend their vacation by fishing. Taking with themselves a large helping of vodka, they sail off, but quickly find themselves without much understanding as to their present location. Finally reaching some shore, which they mistakenly believe is still Russia, but which in reality happens to be neighboring Finland, they get off the ship and spend some time on the shore, eventually falling asleep. Not without the effect of previously consumed alcohol, the friends manage to forget their supplies of vodka as they sail off the shore. The quantity of forgotten goods being sizable (15 cases, with each case traditionally holding 20 bottles), they now face the challenging task of getting back their belongings, which now happen to reside across the border in a different country.

Steven Miller wakes up one day to go fishing with one of his students at the college. However Steven has a flat tire and can't make it. His student goes out to fish along with his dog down by the river. As he is throwing his line out into the water, a shark knocks him down and eats the bottom half of the student. Steven sees the body by the beach and thinks the death might be from a Mountain Lion. When he goes home, his son asks him if he can go to the arcade for a while. While at the arcade, 3 of his friends come up to him to remind him about going tubing over the weekend. The son tells his father that they are all going hiking instead of going tubing because Steve hates the water. Then at the gate that stops things from the ocean coming into the river, the gate is jammed and the gate operator goes down and tries to fix it. The shark then grabs him with his teeth and eats him. His partner reports that the operator is missing to the police but they can do nothing. That night, a bum named Sarge spots a shark swimming through the river and he runs in the bar and everyone laughs at him. The next day, Steven goes to find the sheriff. He tells the Sheriff that there is a shark in the river. The sheriff does not believe him and drives off. Later, a couple goes jet skiing in the river. The shark then knocks the lady off the jet ski and eats her. As the husband looks for her, the shark knocks him off the jet ski and eats him too. That night Steven goes to Sarge and asks him about the shark he saw. Sarge tells him about the shark and how he was in the navy and what he did when he was younger, then the Sheriff comes up to him and asks him to come with him. The Sheriff brings him to the body of the male jet skier and the sheriff now believes that the shark is actually in the river. The next day, some friends go out on the river on their pontoon boat. The shark then hits the boat and the hits it again knocking one of the friends off. The shark sinks his teeth into him and blood comes out of the friends mouth. Steve then gets a call from his wife telling him that she found out that their son was going tubing in the river. Steven tells his wife to call the police and that he is going to find their son. The police gets her call and bring Sarge along with them. Steven then drives off and meets the sheriff on the bridge over the river. The sheriff gives him a harness and they dangle him from the river and Steven grabs his son. However, his friends are still in the river. So, they tie the rope to a tank of gas and dangle it over the water. The shark bites on the tank and Sarge gets the gun and shoots the tank. The shark blows up and Steven and his son walk to his wife and then head home.

The film begins with Marnie Cromwell (Kimberly J. The film opens with a brief montage of some of the clips that are used throughout the film. After this the film begins. In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, a man with a knife holds an innocent baby as hostage. Police surround him and when he gets distracted an officer shoots him in the head, killing him instantly. The baby is taken away unharmed. On a street in Butte, Montana, Terry Rossland, an enraged and distraught man, sits in his car armed with pipe bombs and gasoline demanding to see his family. When the police surround him, Rossland blows the car up, then exits the vehicle and runs away on fire as rescue teams try to keep him alive. He survives, but one year later commits suicide by a drug overdose. In Seoul, South Korea, angry protesters have taken over a construction tower and throw firebombs at innocent construction workers. One of the workers is set on fire but it is quickly put out by a fellow worker. Miraculously the worker is unharmed. In San Salvador, El Salvador, veterans hold workers hostage, while the police surround them and fire real bullets and tear gas. One young man tries to flee the scene but an officer shoots him in the chest. The young man falls to the ground and it's unclear if he survives.
