Set around the Pont Neuf, Paris's oldest bridge, while it was closed for repairs, Les Amants du Pont-Neuf depicts a love story between two young vagrants Alex (Denis Lavant) and Michèle (Juliette Binoche). Alex is a street performer addicted to alcohol and sedatives and Michèle a painter driven to a life on the streets because of a failed relationship and a disease which is slowly destroying her sight. The film portrays their harsh existence living on the bridge with Hans (Klaus Michael Grüber), an older vagrant. As her vision deteriorates Michèle becomes increasingly dependent on Alex. When a possible treatment becomes available, Michèle's family use street posters and radio appeals to trace her. Fearing that she will leave him if she receives the treatment, Alex tries to keep Michèle from becoming aware of her family's attempts to find her. The streets, skies and waterways of Paris are used as a backdrop for the story in a series of set-pieces set during the French Bicentennial celebrations in 1989.

Judd is upset that Shiloh (his former hunting dog) now belongs to Marty. In the first film, Marty did hard labor to get Shiloh from Judd. Judd starts drinking heavily and almost runs Marty and Shiloh off the road with his truck. Marty encounters Judd several times, including one key moment when Judd thinks he heard Marty on his property, threatens him and holds his gun and goes to find him but he is too drunk. Later, Judd crashes his truck into the creek while driving drunk. Shiloh's loud barking gets Marty's attention, and he finds Judd. Judd is taken to the hospital and returns home sometime later. Marty wants to be nice with Judd and makes donations (bread and meat). Marty then starts writing Judd letters, telling him stories about Shiloh. Judd reads them and starts to bond with Marty. In the end, Marty decides he wants to take Shiloh with him to visit Judd. Marty and Judd start to become friends after Judd tells him that it was Shiloh who really saved him and for the first time ever, Shiloh allows Judd to pet him. Judd starts to gets close with his dogs and he lets them come inside when it starts to rain at the end.

It is the summer of 1977 and New York City lives in fear of the serial killer Son of Sam who has shot several women in parked cars. One night, Vinny and his wife Dionna go to a night club, where they dance and have drinks with friends. Dionna's attractive cousin wants to leave, which Vinny volunteers to take her cousin home. He takes her to an undisclosed area and has anal sex with her in the back seat of his car. Moments after Vinny and Dionna's cousin finish and leave the area, the Son of Sam killer arrives and kills two victims that were parked not too far from where Vinny was at.

The boys learn obscene phrases from the movie ("Uncle Fucka") which makes the other kids in town want to see the movie.

Starting in a small section of the near South, both U.S. Army Captain James West and U.S. Marshal Artemus Gordon hunt for Confederate General "Bloodbath" McGrath, who is wanted for mass murder. It points back to when McGrath ordered a massacre in a settlement called New Liberty, where many of the freed slaves were murdered, including West's biological parents. The search leads to a brothel where the two try (unsuccessfully) to arrest him. It leads to a huge brawl and a cart of nytroglycerin crashing into the building that starts a fire. Both West and Gordon, the latter dressed as a woman, escape.
