Over Grozny, Russia, a pair of F-16 Falcon fighter jets chase down an unidentified spacecraft moving at supersonic speeds. Within minutes, it is the F-16s that are chased and eventually blasted out of the sky by the spacecraft. Minutes later, residents report a "meteor" flying pasat the city and landing somewhere in the distant hills. Jack Weber, head of the Alpha Force, calls in Lieutenant Sean Lambert, the sole survivor of the first Alpha mission four years ago in Mexico. Lambert's entire team was killed while trying to capture a single specimen of extraterrestrial life. Now Weber wants Lambert to take a new team of interceptors into Russia to capture this new alien specimen.

Leila (Ashley) and Charli (Mary-Kate) go to Rome for a summer job with four other people. After a few minor accidents, the twins are fired. Both girls are shocked, and so are the other interns. The sisters soon meet Derek Hammond, the owner of the fashion company. He re-hires them and the girls and Jamie stay at Hammond's for a few days. There, Leila meets a bad boy from New York named Ryan (who just so happens to be Derek's nephew). The two soon bond and start to develop feelings for each other while Ryan comes out and tries to kiss her good night. Leila does not respond the same and she pushes him away. It is very clear that she likes him too, but she might have just broken up with her boyfriend back home and was not ready for a new love. The girls soon return to work and do very well. But soon another accident happens and this time it is much more serious. All six interns are fired. Soon after Leila returns with Ryan and the two reveal the plot. They use Charli's designs for the missing clothes. They tell Derek when he returns he already knew about this. They do a photo shoot where Mr. Tortoni comes too he re hires everyone but he is then arrested also the interns and Ryan are very proud of themselves. Jamie and Derek decide to take them all to New York. While Derek and Jamie as well as Charli and Paolo kiss. Ryan tries again with Leila leading to her smiling at him but says she'd rather have a hug. The two hug with huge smiles on their faces, showing that Leila did really like Ryan in that way. The photo shoot is still going on with everyone smiling and laughing.

Set in the future, the film's prologue depicts Jim Hawkins as a five-year-old (voiced by Austin Majors) reading a storybook in bed. The film begins with a group of divers installing a power cable at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, when a shark swims up and kills one of them. Six months later, lifeguard Ben Carpenter (from the first Shark Attack film) and his partner Esai drive out to sea to catch some lobster. While diving, Ben finds a broken power cable with a large shark tooth stuck in it. After he pulls out the tooth, he is caught by two other divers, and soon goes back to land. Later he posts a description of the tooth online, but as he cannot find a matching shark tooth on the internet, he names it "mystery shark". Natural history researcher named Cataline "Cat" Stone gets the message, finds him and looks at the tooth. She believes it to come from a huge prehistoric shark called Megalodon (Greek for "big tooth").

Mary Maloney est journaliste à la télévision. Elle rêverait de présenter le 20 heures mais son patron ne fait aucun effort pour la promouvoir à ce poste. In 1983, a young boy named Billy Parks (Alexander Gould) is frightened and has difficulty falling asleep after waking up from a nightmare. His mother Mary Parks (Desiree Zurowski) comes in to comfort him and assures him the monster he thinks is in the closet is imaginary. Clinical psychologist Dr. Chris Kelvin is approached by emissaries for DBA, a corporation operating a space station orbiting the planet Solaris, who relay a message sent from his scientist friend Dr. Gibarian. In the small town of Dukesberry, New Hampshire, Davey Stone, a 33-year-old alcoholic troublemaker with a long criminal record, whose antics have long earned him the animosity of the town, is arrested for walking out on his bill at Mr. Chang's Chinese restaurant and, while attempting to evade arrest ("Davey's Song"), destroying a giant Menorah/Santa ice sculpture. It begins with Scrat (Chris Wedge) returning to a huge tree, hollowed out and filled to the brim with acorns. There is one more empty spot in the middle of the acorns where Scrat tries to stuff the last acorn he brought with him (he first tries to put it in in the same way he had done in the opening of the first film, but he seems to remember what would happen if he did, so he gently screws it in instead). However it pops back out when his back is turned and after two more tries at getting it in place - both with the acorn popping out again - Scrat gets frustrated and stomps it into place, unwittingly sending all the acorns out of a hole in the tree, and every one along with Scrat is sent sliding down the side of a mountain. The acorns and Scrat go into free fall.
