In southwestern Germany during the immediate aftermath of World War II, five destitute siblings must travel 900 km to their grandmother's home in Husum Bay near Hamburg after their high-level Nazi parents disappear in the face of certain arrest by Allied Forces. Debris from a destroyed Russian space station (where experiments were taking place on huge mutant spiders) fell toward Earth, crashing inside the tunnel of a New York City subway station. The film cuts to the subway station, where Jason, a New York Transit subway supervisor, works. When the debris from the space station crashes into the tunnel, an alarm goes off and the authorities, afraid of a possible disease outbreak, begin evacuating passengers from the station. Jason's coworker Jimmy descends into the subway tunnel to investigate the area, telling Jason that he believes the debris is the remains of the Russian spacecraft. Jimmy feels something bit his leg, and suddenly starts to stumble, falling on the third rail, electrocuting himself. Jason's ex-wife Rachel, who is a coroner with the New York City Dept of Health, discovers a cluster of large, strange-looking "insect eggs" inside Jimmy's body. She saves the eggs in a canister for further study.

After having a bitter disagreement with his friend and manager Jehangir Khan (Kay Kay Menon) about the latter's blatant abuse of power and influence to win a dance competition called "Dance Dil Se" for his team JDC (Jehangir Dance Company), the choreographer of the dance company, Vishnu (Prabhu Deva), quits his job. At first he wants to return home to Chennai, but his friend Gopi (Ganesh Acharya) persuades him to stay in Mumbai with him. One day, he observes several young men using parkour to evade the police. They turn out to be proteges of Gopi, but despite their obvious raw talent, they lack the discipline required to become serious artists; they demonstrate this disastrously at a local event for a politician, wherein they set the stage on fire. After witnessing the same young men showing their dancing abilities at Ganpati Chaturthi to beat their rival neighborhood. Vishnu decides to start his own dance group with them; ultimately preparing them to compete in "Dance Dil Se". However, the lack of discipline among the dancers and rivalry between the two factions in the group led by D (Dharmesh Yelande) and Rocky (Salman Yusuff Khan) leads to multiple creative and emotional blocks. Initially, only Rocky and his gang are willing to attend the free classes, but soon D and his friends gravitate towards the studio.

The main protagonist Paras (Nav Sidhu) is a disillusioned former member of the Wolf Pack, now returned to Tooting four years after going to Cambridge. His mother tells him that his younger brother Rishi has turned into a gangster and that he is planning a big war to take place in Tooting Broadway. Paras is sent to stop and protect his brother. The film then turns to a flashback four years ago. Paras was a popular gangster who was taken by a police officer (Oliver Cotton) to be an undercover informer. Now back in reality, Paras meets Vikas, his old boss. Vikas tells him that the Black people want war with the Tamils, and the only way Paras can protect his brother, is by finishing the war by killing all the Black people in Tooting. Persuaded, Paras & Vikas go to finish off the war, however a completely unexpected twist takes place leading to Vikas' death. An expected villain turns up at the end of the film, leaving you very unsurprised. Years later, Paras returns to Cambridge to collect his Masters degree. He wakes up on a bridge, with little memory, unsure of how to proceed. This paves the way for an extremely mediocre sequel.
