The film opens with police investigating a crime scene littered with bodies. It then cuts to a week prior, where Casey (Catherine Annette) is being interviewed for a potential porn shoot with Devin (Clint Brink) and Josh (Lee Kholafai). She's assaulted and despite the attempts of fellow porn star Ashley Saint (Betsy Rue), the two women are overpowered. The men seem intent on raping both women, but a minor accident causes the actors to fall out of character and reveal that the entire scene is a setup. Ashley is later approached by Mike (Don McManus), who requests that she make a segment for the website "Lucky Bastard", which will show random men getting the chance to have sex with a porn star. Although initially against the idea, Ashley is reluctantly persuaded after she is shown a video of a shy and unassuming man named Dave (Jay Paulson).

Elise Miller (Grace Helbig) is a twenty-something writer who is engaged to Jeff Sanford (Chester See), and who has already finished her first book, which is said to include "unrequited love and the Loch Ness Monster." At work, Elise accidentally sees her boss, Celia Burrows (Rachel Quaintance), making out with Walker Paige (Sawyer Hartman), of the hit "Midnight Moonlight" series. Her friend Manda (Megan Duffy) takes some photos of the two, which Elise accidentally uploads to the book's Facebook page; this blunder costs Elise her job. She returns home, only to find out that Jeff has been cheating on her, so she returns to her old apartment. She gets drunk, and calls Sally Meister (Ellen Karsten), the head camp counselor of Elise's old camp, Camp Takota, whom she met earlier again after eight years, and tells her that she's going back to camp. The next morning, Elise wakes up realizes what she has done, and decides to head to camp anyway. Arriving with the Fefferman family, including their young daughter Penny, Elise finds that her old friends and former Takota campers, Maxine Reynolds (Mamrie Hart) and Allison Henry (Hannah Hart), now work at the camp.

Experienced CIA agent Ethan Renner (Kevin Costner), originally from Pittsburgh, works with a team to capture the Albino, lieutenant to an arms trafficker called the Wolf, as he is selling a dirty bomb to some terrorists. The Albino deduces the trap when he recognizes one of the agents, whom he kills. Renner is able to cripple the Albino by shooting him in the leg, but not capture him. Meanwhile, elite CIA assassin Vivi Delay (Amber Heard), who has been personally assigned by the Director to kill the Wolf, monitors the operation and notices Renner has unknowingly seen the Wolf.

In 1895, a young immigrant couple is refused entry into Manhattan because they have consumption. When their infant son is not allowed entry to the country without them, the couple place him in a model sailboat named "City of Justice," in which the baby floats to the New York City shoreline. Lumina découvre que Scylla est invitée au bal, mais sait que celle-ci ne peut entrer sans invitation. Lumina et Kuda décident alors de la lui apporter. Elles arrivent en ville et Lumina devient coiffeuse au Salon La Mer de Madame Ruckus. Le salon reçoit des invitations pour le bal : un rêve pour Lumina ! Au cours du bal, le plan de Caligo marche, mais Lumina utilise son pouvoir pour sauver le royaume. Elle découvre que ce pouvoir est un don royal, et que cela signifie qu'elle est la véritable princesse de Seagundia.
