Synopsis
Charlotte (Sophie Verbeeck) et Michel, dit Micha (Félix Moati), vivent ensemble depuis plusieurs années et viennent de s’acheter une maison à Roubaix, dans le quartier de l’Hommelet. Pourtant, leur couple bat de l’aile, d’autant que Charlotte vit parallèlement une relation passionnée mais difficile avec sa jeune amie Mélodie (Anaïs Demoustier). Un soir, Michel déclare sa flamme à Mélodie et ses sentiments sont réciproques. Les deux histoires extra-conjugales vont alors se dérouler simultanément, dans un climat burlesque, jusqu’à ce que Charlotte et Michel se rendent compte qu’ils se trompent avec la même personne. Après un court et heureux ménage à trois, Charlotte décide malgré tout de se retirer et de laisser Michel et Mélodie vivre leur amour.Actors

The film is set during the course of one day. Anne (Juliette Binoche) is trying to meet the deadline for her article about prostitution, while shopping and preparing dinner for her husband's boss and his wife. She is also worried about her two sons, the eldest of whom has been skipping classes while the younger appears to start being hooked on video games. This narrative is interrupted by the flashbacks to the conversations Annie has had with the two students, scenes from their lives, and the effect that their work in the sex industry is having on them and those close to them.

Max is a young lesbian student in Chicago who has gone ten months without having sex. Larry Gigli (Ben Affleck) is a low-ranking Los Angeles mobster who isn't nearly as tough as he likes to act. When struggling Los Angeles actor Veronica finds herself simultaneously falling in love with a sensitive writer named Abel and an air-headed drummer named Zed, she initially tries to see them both without the other finding out, and then to choose between them. Abel and Zed are initially antagonistic to one another but grow closer over time, eventually becoming closer to one another than either of them are to Veronica. When Veronica becomes pregnant, the relationship becomes strained and she eventually leaves both Abel and Zed for charming director Ernest, whom she agrees to marry despite not loving. At the film's climax, Abel and Zed race across the city at Mike's urging to stop the wedding and win her back.
