Synopsis
The movie opens with Johnny Solo (Gary Poux The LODGER) speaking about "getting out." The scene switches to an alley where Anthony (Guy Garner "JAG") is instructing a very nervous "customer" on how to kill the man who murdered his brother. After a very messy knifing, Anthony collects a suitcase that contains a brown envelope. We switch back to Johnny Solo, who is talking to a reporter about what he knows about the underworld of contract assassinations, in the hope of getting enough money to disappear. The story progresses, and involves a Mafia Don's illegitimate son, a New Age killer contractor (Kaiwi Lyman), a female assassin (Anna Silk SyFy Channel's "Lost Girl"), and the coldest killer of all, Roman (Michael Beach "Sons of Anarchy').Actors

A security expert Kyle Western (Weathers) begins working for the high-profile gangster Lou Jordan (Williams), who is an antique-car enthusiast. When Jordan shoots dead an intruder one evening, Western is pressured into taking the fall, in return for a large cash sum, to which Western hopes will enable him to buy Napa Valley land as an upright citizen. Soon after Jordan murders his own wheelchair-bound attorney in front of Western's eyes. Having already started an affair with Jordan's wife, Meg (McKee), Western decides to go on the run with her after discovering she is pregnant with his child. Trading the luxury car given to Western by his boss, the pair flee with Jordan's hitmen on their trial. However henchman Frank Carmen (Boswell) fatally stabs Meg Jordan in a coffee shop. The waitress Angela (Carrillo) witnesses the event, and flees, becoming sought after by both the henchmen and Western, as she is the only witness to be able to clear Western in Meg's murder. After a confrontation, Western kills Carmen, but another henchman, Walt (Tony DiBenedetto), kidnaps Angela. A final confrontation at Jordan's warehouse sees Western trade Lou his prized antique sports car for Angela. After escaping the warehouse Western detonates the explosives rigged on the car.

Bill et Myrtle Moon, un couple âgé, patrons d'une épicerie-station-service d'un village de Caroline du Sud, sont braqués et froidement abattus par Rudolph Tyner, un petit voyou un peu retardé. Celui-ci, qui a déjà un casier judiciaire, est immédiatement appréhendé par la police qui le trouve en possession d'une petite somme d'argent correspondant à la recette de l'épicerie et d'une cartouche de fusil. Son avocat plaide la culpabilité, Tyner est condamné à la chaise électrique, mais d'appel en appel, sa peine est constamment reportée (il n'y a pas eu d'exécution capitale depuis vingt ans en Caroline du Sud). Excédé par cette procédure qui s'éternise alors qu'il attendait une exécution exemplaire, Tony Cimo, le fils adoptif de Bill Moon, d'abord hostile aux suggestions d'auto-justice qui lui sont faites par un adepte, en vient à les accepter. Par la bande, il entre en contact téléphonique avec Lamar Sands, un prisonnier chargé de la maintenance du pénitencier où est incarcéré Tyner. Sands, moyennant finances, accepte de liquider Tyner et, après de vaines tentatives d'empoisonnement, lui fait exploser la tête avec un poste de radio bidouillé avec une charge de plastic. La police découvre dans l'atelier de la prison l'enregistrement de l'un des entretiens téléphoniques de Sands avec Tony. Ce dernier est rapidement arrêté et condamné à une réclusion de 5 ans pour complicité de meurtre, plus 8 pour préméditation et usage d'explosif, et encore 8 pour non-dénonciation d'acte criminel, mais n'en purgera finalement que 3. À la suite de cette affaire, la Caroline du Sud rétablit la peine capitale.
