Synopsis

Mara is married to Vietnam veteran Donny, who has horrible visions and nightmares of his combat experiences. Mara is having an affair with Jake, and the lives of all are disrupted when she meets a mysterious stranger, Reed.

Gene Garrison (Gene Hackman) is a widowed New York college professor who is in a long distance relationship with a woman in California. In this sequel, God asks the help of 11-year-old Tracy Richards (Louanne Sirota) to help promote Himself. God is the only one that can straighten out the situation.
