Billy's Dad is a Fudge-Packer! is a 2004 American black-and-white short comedy film written and directed by Jamie Donahue in her first non-acting effort. It is a parody of the 1950s social guidance films, and depicts the life of a boy learning about adulthood in a traditional family. The apparently innocent account of family life in the 1950s is loaded with sexual innuendo. It was made by production company POWER UP.

Synopsis

Billy is a boy who has to decide what he will do with his life. His father works at the candy factory as a "fudge packer" (which is modern slang for a man who performs homosexual anal sex) and "has several men under him". His mother is visited by a short, mannish woman who knows how to please the local housewives. His sister is preparing to be a good wife, and in almost every shot is moving a phallic object to her mouth.

Milly (Pamela Adlon) is a fourteen-year-old girl that has grown frustrated with her mother's attempts to curtail her tomboyish nature. Her mother Doris (Patty Duke) believes that Milly's actions are inappropriate for a girl and that she'd be better off showing more interest in dances and dresses. When her best friend's younger brother Malcolm (Seth Green) tells her about a witch's spell that will grant her deepest wish, Milly jumps at the chance. She visits the witch and manages to perform the spell properly, but believes that the spell failed. The next day Milly discovers that not only was the spell successful, but it has turned her into a hermaphrodite. She tells her family about what happened and to her surprise her father encourages her to explore her new masculinity. As a result Milly changes her name to "Willy" and begins attending a new school as a transfer student. Milly initially takes well to her new persona and gender, but eventually becomes conflicted when she begins to realize that life isn't necessarily easier as a boy and that she has feelings for her friend Alfie (Eric Gurry), who is equally confused about his feelings for "Willy". By the film's end Milly decides to become female once more.

The film opens with Maria (Kashina Kessler) heading to camp. However, she is chased into an alleyway by a large truck, driven by serial killer Angela Baker (Pamela Springsteen), before being run over. Angela disposes of the body in a trash compactor, before posing as Maria and boarding the bus to Camp New Horizon, which was once Camp Rolling Hills where Angela massacred campers the year before. After arriving, news reporter Tawny Richards (Randi Layne) interviews the many campers who are taking part in "an experiment in sharing", seeing different social classes living together. Tawny soon asks Angela to get her some cocaine, however Angela gives her Ajax cleanser instead, which kills Tawny when she snorts it.
