BloodRayne: The Third Reich is a direct-to-DVD action-adventure horror film written by Michael Nachoff and directed by Uwe Boll, set in 1943 Europe during World War II and starring Natassia Malthe as dhamphir Rayne and Michael Paré as vampire Nazi officer Ekart Brand. It was bought by Phase 4 Films at the American Film Market on November 5, 2010 and released on DVD and Blu-ray on July 5, 2011 in the United States. It is the third BloodRayne film and a sequel to BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2: Deliverance, also directed by Boll. It is the second BloodRayne film to star Malthe after BloodRayne 2: Deliverance. Paré, who played Iancu in BloodRayne and Pat Garrett in BloodRayne 2: Deliverance, plays yet another character in this film. Boll, who is already planning a sequel, shot BloodRayne: The Third Reich simultaneously with Blubberella, with both films sharing some of the same actors, including Michael Paré, Clint Howard, Brendan Fletcher and Willam Belli.
Synopsis
Rayne fights against the Nazis in Europe during World War II, encountering Ekart Brand, a Nazi leader whose target is to inject Adolf Hitler with Rayne's blood in an attempt to transform him into a dhampir and attain immortality.Actors

The film begins in a jungle at nighttime as a mercenary squad scouts the nearby area looking out for modified super soldiers ("Trigens" in the Game), only to be slaughtered by a lone Mutant. Dr. Krieger (Udo Kier) is then informed by his men about the event and asked to stop the research, Krieger refusing to do so. The film then skips to Valerie Cardinal at CIA headquarters who is secretly receiving information about the events and the actual research by an informant. They then arranged a meeting with her at the Island.

The film takes place in the town of Paradise, Arizona (a ghost town in real life), where the volatile Postal Dude, after being mocked at a job interview, kicked out of his local unemployment office and discovering that his morbidly obese wife is cheating on him, is more than a little angry and is desperate to get enough cash to finally leave his dead-end town. He decides to team up with his Uncle Dave, a slovenly con artist turned doomsday cult leader who owes the US government over a million dollars in back-taxes. With the help of Uncle Dave's right-hand man Richie and an army of big-breasted, scantily clad cult members, the Dude devises a plan to hijack a shipment of 2,000 Krotchy Dolls, a rare, sought-after plush toy resembling a giant scrotum. Uncle Dave plans to sell them online, where their prices have reached as high as $4,000 a doll.

Granger, a former Special Forces soldier living in modern day Vancouver, is sent on a quest to fulfill an ancient prophecy. Two college students, Simon (Tyron Leitso) and Greg (Will Sanderson), take a boat to an island to attend a rave. Loosely based on the video game of the same name, the film centers on the character of Rayne, an unholy breed of human and vampire called a Dhampir. Dhampir are unaffected by crucifixes and do not thirst for human blood. She is the daughter of the Vampire King Kagan who has gathered an army of thralls, both vampire and human, in order to annihilate the human race.
