Cartoonists - Foot Soldiers of Democracy (French: Caricaturistes - Fantassins de la démocratie) is a 2014 documentary film directed by Stéphanie Valloatto about 12 cartoonists around the world who risk their lives to defend democracy. The film premiered in the Special Screenings section at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.

Synopsis

Le documentaire suit à travers le monde douze dessinateurs de presse engagés, dont Plantu, Slim, Angel Boligan, Baha Boukhari, Jeff Danziger, Michel Kichka, Pi San, Rayma Suprani, Damien Glez, Nadia Khiari (dessinatrice de « Willis from Tunis »), Mikhaïl Zlatkovski et Zoho (Lassane Zohoré).
