Add to a movie listDevil's Mile is a 2014 American-Canadian horror film and the feature film directorial debut of Joseph O'Brien, who also co-wrote the script and created the film's special effects. The film premiered at the Fantasia Film Festival on July 26, 2014 and is scheduled for release on DVD and VOD on August 12, 2014. It stars David Hayter as a mob enforcer that finds himself embroiled in strange supernatural occurrences while transporting hostages through a detour.
Of the film's casting, O'Brien chose to bring on del Mar due to having worked with her in the past and chose Hayter due to being familiar with his work.

Synopsis
Toby (David Hayter), Cally (Maria del Mar), and Jackie (Casey Hudecki) are kidnappers trying to deliver their two captives to Mr. Arkadi (Frank Moore), their employer and a powerful mob boss. The trip is long and things aren't helped out by Toby being easy to rile up. They decide to take a detour in the hopes of making it to their destination that much quicker, but things take a turn for the worse when one of their captives is accidentally killed and the group finds that they have stumbled into something supernatural.Actors

One year has passed since Sean Barker came into contact with the Guyver unit and became one with it. Having destroyed the Kronos Corporation, the company behind the Guyver and the creatures known as the Zoanoids, Sean tries to use his powers to fight crime, but the Guyver's desire to kill leaves him emotionally and spiritually tortured. After watching a news report of an archaeological dig in the mountains of Utah that remind him of the visions he has been receiving from the Guyver unit, Sean travels to the site. On his way, he meets Cori Edwards, a researcher at the dig and the daughter of head archaeologist Marcus Edwards. Upon arriving at the archaeological site, he sees the fossil of a Zoanoid that resembles his past nemesis Lisker. Later that night, Sean finds himself once again battling a Zoanoid that has been terrorizing the camp, but it disappears when Cori and her team arrive. Sean is later on questioned by Commander Atkins, who reveals to him that the Guyver only destroyed the Kronos Los Angeles, and that another branch of Kronos is behind the Zoanoid attacks in the camp.

Ryu (Shin Ha-kyun), is a deaf-mute man working in a factory to support his ailing sister (Im Ji-eun), who is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. As Ryu is not a match, and he is laid off from his job, Ryu contacts a black market organ dealer, and agrees to exchange his severance money and one of his own kidneys in exchange for a matching one. The dealers perform the operation, but disappear after taking Ryu's kidney and money.
