Synopsis
Dora, jeune collégienne de onze ans, est à la recherche d'un secret : celui que détenait son père l'inventeur Waldemar, mort dans des circonstances mystérieuses. Pour le retrouver, elle ne dispose que d'un mince fil conducteur : quelques indices, disposés par celui-ci aux quatre coins du monde sous forme d'énigmes, de rebus ou de documents sibyllins. Dora est aidée dans sa quete par une fée, Magdelène, rencontrée au fond d'une foret magique, et par une jeune paysanne, Valentine, venue à Paris pour y exercer la profession de star.Actors

Two young women travel by car through the Auvergne. Having run out of gas near an odd village, they spend the night in a barn where they make love. The next morning, Anna is gone and a dwarf in medieval garb guides Françoise through a forest (later identified as Brocéliande) to a lake, where a magic canoe carries her to an island, and then to a castle where scantily clad women frolic and kiss, overseen by the dwarf Gurth. Françoise is interviewed by Morgan le Fay and bathed by some of her women. Gurth reveals in a monologue that he procures the women for Morgan and has aspirations to take over.

Georges Vallier is a famous screenwriter author of vaudevilles. He jealously keeps the secret from the existance of his "ghostwriter" Pierre Renaud, without frustrating him.
