Synopsis
Charlie (Tori Spelling) works for a company that is taken over by Walcott (played by Greg Germann) who believes family values are a priority. Career-driven Charlie does a little fibbing when under the pressure of Walcott's standards, and believes she's in the clear. But when Walcott invites himself over for dinner, she borrows her friend's house and daughter (Abigail Breslin) and hires actor Buck (Jordan Bridges) to play her husband for the evening. The one-night "act" turns into a full-time gig when her boss decides to rent the house next door for the summer, forcing Charlie and Buck to stay together in the fake lifestyle she created.Actors

Cliff Haber (Tony Rosato) runs an orphanage, and decides to go on a vacation. He has his father, Harry Haber (Leslie Nielsen), run the orphanage while he is away. Harry has a rental store and decides that it would be a good idea to rent out youngsters to prospective adoptive parents after he hears his son's testimony on how hard it is for him to find parents for the youngsters he takes care of. Meanwhile, as his son is away, he gets a bigger ideas by overhearing a couple at a Mexican restaurant, a couple by the name of Russ and Valerie Syracuse (Matt McCoy and Sherry Miller) arguing over the issue of wanting to have children.

Sheryl Hoover (Toni Collette) is an overworked mother of two living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) has retired from Police Squad and lives a basically happy life with his wife, Jane Spencer-Drebin (Priscilla Presley). It remains "basically happy" because police work has been Frank's meaning of life, and he feels unhappy about not being able to legally take on criminals anymore. Additionally, Jane tries to push him into siring a child, but Frank does not have the courage to go through this yet. It comes as a blessing to him when his old friends Ed Hocken (George Kennedy) and Nordberg (O.J. Simpson) come by and ask for his help in an investigation. The Police Squad has caught wind that a well-known bomber named Rocco Dillon (Fred Ward), who is currently incarcerated, has been hired by a terrorist (Papshmir, known from the first movie) to conduct a major terrorist act against the United States. An important contact, Tanya Peters (Anna Nicole Smith), Rocco's girlfriend, proves to be a dead end, so Drebin is asked to join Dillon undercover in prison, befriend him, and then leak details of the plan to his colleagues. However, the first part of the mission – by pure accident – proves to be extremely taxing; Jane becomes frustrated both at Frank's sudden unwillingness to engage in his marital duties and the suspicion that he is doing police work again, and storms out of the house.

In 71 BC in Rome, utter disorder reigns in the form of political corruption and bribery involving the senator Cynic (Leslie Nielsen). The situation is claimed to be similar to the "Tangentopoli" situation in Italy in the 1990s: one of the politicians involved was Bettino Craxi. Senator Caesar Atticus (Christian De Sica) is one of many to support the cruel and petty projects of Cynic, but the pair's reign does not last long, as the city sees the arrival of the prefect of Mediolanum (Milan) Antonio Servilio (Massimo Boldi). These claims that the law is deeply respected by everyone, and being part of the party of "Padania" (Northern Italy), considered as a real League's most political of Rome real arrant thieves. Caesar strives to break free from the hassles of Antonio, who initially proves to be a fiasco as an administrator of justice in the corrupt city of Rome. He even considers killing him, but does not dare to do so because in the end even if it deceives the people is good hearted. In addition to the shoulders of their parents, the daughter of Antonio and his son Cesare began an affair, but do not have the courage to reveal to parents as they fight all the time. One night Atticus finally able to fit politically Servilio making the guards drunk and find clinging to the prostitutes, including craving "Poppea" (Anna Falchi) and it does transfer in Sicily.
