Le Taboulistan est un minuscule pays fictif, prétendument enclavé entre l'Afghanistan, le Kirghizistan et le Tadjikistan, quasiment inconnu du reste du monde. Son seul atout de notoriété est d'avoir inventé le taboulé. Hélas, les Libanais leur ont volé la recette. Leur chef aimerait faire connaître son pays. Par conséquent, deux demi-frères taboulistanais, des bergers au look de Borat Sagdiyev nommés Muzafar et Feruz, sont envoyés en France par leur président pour faire la promotion de leur pays. La méthode retenue : le « terrorisme publicitaire ». Leur objectif est de détruire la tour Eiffel à l'aide d'un avion. À la suite d'une grève à l'aéroport de Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle, ils se posent en Corse. Ils rencontrent les nationalistes corses et embarquent sur un bateau en direction de Marseille. Malheureusement, un des deux est victime d'une attaque car il portait un maillot PSG, puis d’une erreur médicale. Une journaliste d'iTélé les aide à aller à Paris.

In Baltimore, Maryland, Andie West (Briana Evigan) pursues her big dream of becoming a street dancer. A criminologist narrates the tale of the newly engaged couple Brad Majors and Janet Weiss who find themselves lost and with a flat tire on a cold and rainy late November evening.
