Synopsis
San Francisco, années 1970. Andy Stuart, un jeune écrivain tombe amoureux de la belle Jessica Gordon. Mais cette dernière est née de l'union de Satan et d'une femme perdue. Recueillie par M. Rimmin, un adorateur du diable et de sa secte, l'enfant grandit sous la tutelle de ses adeptes. Mais lorsque Andy découvre la vraie nature de la jeune femme ainsi que ses pouvoirs, il fait appel au père Kemschler pour la délivrer. Jessica est enlevée par Rimmin et les deux hommes n'auront de cesse de la retrouver ...Actors

A group of rich tourists and businesspeople fly to a mysterious tropical resort, the Portals of Eden, hosted by Seacrist (Moses Gunn). The crew of an American submarine are on a reconnaissance mission photographing Japanese installations through a periscope camera. When attacked by the Japanese (with similarities to the USS Perch) the submarine is scuttled and the crew is captured. Tortured by the Japanese, with the help of British and Australian prisoners the crew makes an escape bid to get their information to the Allies. The film ends with footage of the Battle of the Coral Sea that according to the film was made possible through the information brought back by the submariners.

The film opens with Francie "Gidget" Lawrence (Deborah Walley) and Jeff "Moondoggie" Matthews (James Darren) getting pinned. Later, Gidget's father Russ (Carl Reiner) announces that they are going to Hawaii for a vacation. Gidget refuses to go and leave Jeff alone; Gidget's mother Dorothy (Jean Donnell) explains to Russ that Jeff is all that matters to Gidget. Russ decides to cancel Gidget's room reservation and make arrangements for her to stay with a relative so that she can be with Jeff. However, when Jeff tells Gidget that he thinks it's great and that she should go to Hawaii, Gidget gives him back his pin, runs home and tells her folks she has changed her mind.
