The film was jointly produced by Daggubati Suresh Babu and Sharrath Marar under the Suresh Productions and North Star Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. banners. It features Daggubati Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan in the lead roles and Shriya Saran, Mithun Chakraborty and Posani Krishna Murali in key supporting roles. Anoop Rubens composed the music while Jayanan Vincent was the film's cinematographer.
The film is a remake of the 2012 Hindi film OMG – Oh My God! which was itself based on the Gujarati stage play Kanji Viruddh Kanji. An atheist, Gopala Rao, sues God after losing his shop in an earthquake. Religious organisations revolt against him and Krishna visits him as his human guide.
The film was made with a budget of ₹120 million. Production began on 9 June 2014. It was predominantly shot in and around Hyderabad, with a few sections filmed in Vishakhapatnam and Varanasi. The film was released worldwide on 10 January 2015 as a Sankranthi release. It received positive reviews from critics and grossed ₹880 million, with a distributor share of ₹411 million.
Synopsis
Kanneganti Gopala Rao is an atheist who owns a shop selling Hindu idols alongside his wife Meenakshi and son Moksha as well as his assistant Otthu. He obstructs a holy ritual involving his family, conducted by Siddheswar Maharaj, a fake godman. A sudden earthquake destroys his shop.Actors

The story starts with a man threatens peoples of Rajapulla Market. Then Balu (Pawan Kalyan) comes.in that time we saw some comedies.Balu lives with his mother (Jayasudha), sister-in-law, his nephew and his friend (Sunil). Then Balu comes across a girl named Priya (Shriya Saran). Balu's mother thinks about her past and loses her consciousness. In the hospital, Priya falls in love with Balu. After some songs, we see Balu is fighting with the man whom we saw at first and took the documents of Rajapulla Market. Then the man goes to his boss Khan (Gulshan Grover). It is revealed that Balu is not son of Rajeshwari Devi. His real name is Ghani. In flashback, he saves khan. so, Khan takes Ghani with him. After 20 years, Ghani is now Ghani Bhai, a rowdy. A man who is now working under Khan. In other side, a girl is raped by some people. Indu (Neha Oberoi) is very coward. But after meeting with Ghani she becomes brave and fights with the rapers of that girl. Indu and Ghani fall in love with each other. And Indu reveals about her family, her father (Suman) was an honest man. Some People killed her father and brother. This time it is revealed that Rajeshwari Devi is mother of Indu. Indu names Ghani as Balu. But Khan kills Indu. In Indu's death time Ghani promises her that he will take care of Indu's family. After that we come in present and saw Ghani in Hospital. After Ghani becomes well, Khan's henchemen found's him and a fight starts in Khan and Ghani. At last Ghani kills khan and reunites with Priya.

Venkatadri (Venkatesh) is a tough bodyguard who is assigned to protect the family of Varadarajula Naidu (Prakash Raj). Keerthi (Trisha Krishnan) is the college going daughter of Naidu and Venkatadri accompanies her to the college to keep a watch. Fed up with the close scrutiny maintained by Venkatadri, Keerthi hatches a plan with her friend Swathi (Saloni Aswani) to divert Venkatadri’s attention. Keerthi tries to distance herself from Venkatedri by calling him from a private number, Venkatadri falls in love with the girl without knowing that it is Keerthi herself. At one point, Keerthi too feels herself becoming attracted to Venkatadri and expresses her desire to meet him in person. However due to circumstances they are not able to accomplish this until at the climax when she tells Venkatadri to meet at a railway station and elope with her. Venkateswarlu (Venkatesh) arrive at the town and gets appointed as a Telugu lecturer in the junior college where he completed his education. He is fooled by the students headed by a brilliant but mischievous student Roja (Aparna). Venteswarulu is irritated by her indiscipline and finds fault for whatever she does. But this does not stop Roja to crack pranks on him. Thukaram (Brahmanandam) classmate of Venkateswarlu who is still studying as a student for so long years and some other students create a fake love letter on the name of Roja and keeps it in Venkateswarlu's desk. Venkateswarlu misunderstands that, it is also one of the pranks of Roja and warns her and gives the letter to her. But Roja considers that he wrote the love letter and falls in love with him. Roja's classmates repeat the mischief again and again and Venkateswarlu misunderstands it as Roja's mischief and complaints to Principal (Kota Srinivasa Rao) because of which Roja is suspended without any chance to defend herself.

Vishwanath (SP Balasubramanyam) is a multi-millionaire industrialist. Vijay, (Venkatesh) his only son, having grown up in the United States, has no interest in marriage, his goal is to enjoy his youth as much as possible. Radha (Soundarya) is Vishwanath's personal secretary, is a hardworking girl struggling to support her family. Vishwanath asks Radha to quit her job and marry his son, but she refuses when she hears Vijay's strange condition. However, Radha's family is in dire financial straits and, so, she has to reconsider this offer. In return for marrying Vijay, she asks for financial support for her family, which Vishwanath readily provides.
