Green Book : Sur les routes du Sud ou Le Livre de Green au Québec, est un film américain réalisé par Peter Farrelly, sorti aux États-Unis en 2018. Il s'agit d'un film biographique sur une tournée réalisée dans les États du Sud en 1962 par le pianiste noir Don Shirley et son chauffeur et garde du corps blanc Tony Vallelonga (dit Tony Lip). Premier film du réalisateur sans son frère Bobby, il obtient de nombreuses récompenses notamment trois Oscars dont celui du meilleur film.
Synopsis
L'histoire se déroule aux États-Unis en 1962. Frank Vallelonga, surnommé "Tony Lip", un videur italo-américain de New York, cherche un emploi après la fermeture de la Copacabana, la boîte de nuit où il travaillait, pour rénovations. Il est invité pour une entrevue par le docteur Don Shirley, un excentrique pianiste noir d'origine jamaïcaine, qui cherche un chauffeur pour une tournée de huit semaines à travers le Midwest et le Sud profond. Don engage Tony grâce à ses références. Ils partent et prévoient de revenir à New York pour le Réveillon de Noël. Le label de Don donne à Tony une copie du Green Book, un guide pour les voyageurs afro-américains indiquant des motels, des restaurants et des stations-service qui autorisent la visite de personnes de couleur.Actors

Frank Detorre (Bill Murray) is a widowed slovenly zookeeper at the Sucat Memorial Zoo in Rhode Island. Much to the frustration of his young daughter, Shane (Elena Franklin), he eats compulsively unhealthy and has minimal concern for germs or disease. While trying to eat a hard-boiled egg with mayonnaise and salt, it is stolen from him by a chimpanzee. He gets it back, but not before it falls into the filth of the chimp's habitat.
