Harmony (ハーモニー, Hāmonī) is an upcoming Japanese animated science fiction film directed by Michael Arias, animated by Studio 4°C and based the novel of the same name by Project Itoh. The film is scheduled for release on November 13, 2015. Two other anime films based on novels by the same author are to be released in 2015: The Empire of Corpses on October 2 and Genocidal Organ, currently delayed without a release date.
Synopsis
À la suite d’un cataclysme nucléaire qui a presque anéanti l’espèce humaine, l’Utopie a finalement été atteinte grâce à des corps sociaux ultramédicalisés qui s’assurent de la bonne santé de chaque individu, et ce afin de préserver la ressource la plus importante : la vie. Mais dans ce monde homogène, trois jeunes filles, Tuan, Miach et Cian, décident de prendre en main leur destin et de se réapproprier leur existence en détruisant la seule chose qu’elles peuvent atteindre : leur santé. Deux d’entre elles survivront. Quelques années plus tard, Tuan, désormais membre des forces de sécurité de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé, doit mener une enquête complexe alors qu’un groupe terroriste menace l’équilibre mondial. Elle va découvrir quelles horreurs se cachent derrière les secrets d’un monde où chacun se doit d’être en bonne santé.Actors

Le début se déroule dans le désert. En trouvant une affiche annonçant l’arrivée imminente de Robot Carnival, un garçon semble soudain effrayé et en proie à une grande agitation. On 16 July 1988, an orb of light destroys Tokyo and World War III begins. Thirty-one years later, in the city of Neo-Tokyo, Shotaro Kaneda has his bōsōzoku gang, the Capsules, battle their rival gang, the Clowns. While there, Kaneda's best friend, Tetsuo Shima, crashes his motorcycle into Takashi, an esper with psychic powers, who had fled from a secret government laboratory with help from a covert operative. Colonel Shikishima, assisted by another esper called Maseru, has Takashi escorted back to his original lodgings and Tetsuo is abducted. For a whole week, Toriyasu and his little sister, Meeko, have been missing their pet dog, Papadoll. Toriyasu thinks he ran off, but Meeko claims it was an alien abduction. Though Toriyasu mocks Meeko for her over-imaginative ways, she isn't far off from the truth. On the way to school, Meeko sees what looks like a cat in clothes slipping into the shadows. Later that evening, three anthropomorphic feline scientists, Henoji, Suttoboke and HoiHoi go into Toriyasu and Meeko's room intending to take Toriyasu with them on a trip. Instead they end up waking and taking Meeko as well. She accompanies them in their vehicle (a balloon that resembles a cheshire cat) with a tired Toriyasu.

The movie begins with a young girl, Julia Crichton, waking up from a dream about the day her family was forcibly taken from her home by soldiers beside her older brother Ashley, who is currently studying their parents' alchemy books. Ashley then shows his sister some pages and explains that with the alchemy in the book, he hopes to make a world that no one's seen before. Soon after discovering two strange rubbed-out pages, the siblings hear some strange noises and Ashley goes ahead to investigate, but a worried Julia follows to a room where she finds the bodies of her parents hung up and dripping blood. She watches in horror as her brother is attacked and presumably murdered to which she faints.
