Synopsis
L'unité de Darren Turner, un aumônier de l'armée américaine dont la vie est entièrement consacrée au service de Dieu, est envoyée en Irak . Malgré le désir de rester en contact avec leurs proches, les dures réalités de la guerre pèsent chaque jour sur le déploiement prolongé du bataillon. Lorsqu'il rentre chez lui, Darren retrouve sa femme Heather et ses trois enfants, mais le retour tant attendu des soldats est très différent de ce que prévoyaient leurs familles. Les Turners doivent décider s'ils sont prêts à faire face à une autre bataille: la lutte pour sauver leur mariage.Actors

This is a Christian film about two rock climbers, who meet each other during a rescue get a chance to realize a climb of a lifetime, but with an unexpected change: they have to work together. It is a special team, with totally different people, who have different life goals, different views, but use the same climbing technique. It is action filled, but also heart touching film about egoism, responsibility and forgiveness. Derrick (Jason George) is a very selfish person who wants to do the big climbing solo, and Michael (Ned Vaughn) who is a Christian person with a good heart.

The film begins with VIPs visiting the headquarters of the Strategic Air Command (SAC) at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska. During the trip, an alert is initiated by USAF's early warning radar that an unidentified flying object is making an unauthorized intrusion into American airspace. Defense protocols dictate that the SAC must always keep several bomber groups airborne 24 hours a day in the event of a nuclear attack on the United States. Following the alert, bombers are ordered to proceed to predetermined aerial "fail-safe points" to await their final "go" orders before proceeding towards Soviet targets.

Le film raconte l’histoire d'Olga Benário Prestes (Camila Morgado). Née à Munich en Allemagne en 1908 de parents juifs. Olga devient une militante communiste. Après avoir libéré son amoureux Otto Braun de prison, ils sont forcés de fuir vers l’Union soviétique, pays dans lequel ils reçoivent un entraînement de guérilla. Bien sûr, pour survivre, ils doivent se cacher et vivre en clandestins tout en s’organisant pour déstabiliser le gouvernement de Getúlio Vargas (Osmar Prado). The 19th-century patriarch of the Hungarian-Jewish Sonnenschein family is a tavern owner, who distills and makes his own popular liquor in Austria-Hungary. From the recipe, the liquor, called "Taste of Sunshine," is commercially made by the next generation of the family who gain great wealth and prestige from the business. That generation of the family lives many happy and privileged years and the children are highly educated. The oldest son, Ignatz (the first of 3 generational roles played by Ralph Fiennes), a fast rising judge, falls in love and has an affair with his first cousin, Valerie (Jennifer Ehle), against his father's wishes. The second son, Gustave (James Frain), becomes a medical doctor. Ignatz is asked by a chief judge to change his Jewish surname if he wishes to be promoted within the judiciary. Ignatz, his brother, and his cousin Valerie all happily change their last name to Sors - a "more Hungarian" name.
