C'est le premier long métrage d'animation sud-africain à être entièrement réalisé en images de synthèse. Son scénario est une libre adaptation du roman autobiographique du même nom, Jock of the Bushveld de James Percy Fitzpatrick, paru en 1907 et devenu un classique de la littérature sud-africaine pour la jeunesse. L'histoire suit la relation d'amitié entre Fitzpatrick et Jock, un chiot qu'il recueille et qui devient son compagnon fidèle.
Synopsis
L'histoire se déroule en Afrique du Sud à la fin du XIX siècle, dans le Transvaal. Fitz recueille un chiot malingre, un bull terrier qu'il nomme Jock et dont il prend soin. Jock devient un jeune chien vigoureux, curieux et courageux, qui vit toutes sortes d'aventures avec son maître et ses compagnons animaux : sa mère Jess et son ami le coq Pezulu. Jock se lie aussi d'amitié avec un guerrier zoulou, Jim, et avec un vieux sage africain, Baba. Ils doivent affronter notamment le babouin George. Jock rencontre aussi une élégante chienne française, Polly.Actors

Roddy St. James (Hugh Jackman) is a decidedly upper crust pet rat who makes his home in a posh Kensington flat. While his owners are away on holiday Roddy plays around the house. A common sewer rat named Sid (Shane Richie) comes spewing out of the sink and decides to stay, especially as England are playing against Germany in the World Cup final. Roddy schemes to get rid of Sid by luring him into the "jacuzzi", which is actually the toilet. Sid isn't fooled at all and instead pushes Roddy in and flushes him away into the sewer. There, Roddy discovers a city resembling London made out of various bits of junk, and meets Rita Malone (Kate Winslet), an enterprising scavenger rat who works the drains in her faithful boat, the Jammy Dodger. Rita does not like Roddy initially, but ends up taking him along, while her arch enemy The Toad (Ian McKellen) sends his rat henchmen, Spike (Andy Serkis) and Whitey (Bill Nighy), after her because she had stolen back her father's prized ruby a long time ago. The Toad despises all rodents to the point of hateful obsession. He plans to have them frozen with liquid nitrogen inside an icemaker. The pair escape, and Rita takes a unique electrical cable that, unknown to everyone but the Toad, is required to control the floodgates.

Ernie Fitzpatrick is a daredevil kid who lives in Terra Dino with his best friend Max Santiago and his trouble-making sister Julia, who likes to bust him. Ernie and Julia live with their mother Sue, who has been chosen as the mother of the year, but she is overprotective of them and often makes them leave notes. Ernie is told to go to the store after school to keep an eye on it, but he disobeys orders and goes with Max to the Terra Dino Museum to sneak into a forbidden part of the area still under construction to see the bones of the ferocious Sarcosuchus. But Julia enters as well and uses a quarter from Ernie to set off the alarm. Julia is able to escape but Ernie and Max get caught by the guards, and Sue grounds Ernie for three weeks. When Ernie finds out Julia did it, he gets sick and tired of how he never gets his own way, but he decides to get his revenge by sneaking out again, but Julia discovers this and follows.

Redux Riding Hood, written by sitcom writer Dan O'Shannon, tells the familiar story of Red Riding Hood from the point of view of the big, bad wolf. The wolf (voiced by then-beloved co-star of Seinfeld, Michael Richards) is haunted by the decision to eat Red Riding Hood after dressing up as her grandmother, not because he regrets the choice but because he’s convinced he can do it better now that he’s learned from his mistakes. Le professeur Tournesol vient de mettre au point une nouvelle arme utilisant les ultrasons, qui détruit les objets en verre. Si elle venait à être perfectionnée pour détruire autre chose que du verre, cette invention pourrait devenir une arme particulièrement dangereuse. En dehors de lui seul un savant syldave, le professeur Bretzel sait comment faire fonctionner cette machine. Tintin, Milou, le capitaine Haddock et Tournesol se rendent alors chez lui pour le prévenir mais on apprend qu'il a été enlevé par des agents syldaves et le professeur Tournesol est à son tour enlevé. Ils sont par la suite capturés par des agents secrets bordures. Tintin et Haddock sont à leur tour capturés, Tintin blessé est transporté dans une ambulance d'où il s'échappe et il retrouve les Dupondt. Ils se rendent à l'opéra où ils dérobent l'ordre de libération du professeur Tournesol signé par le colonel Brütel, le chef de la police. Ils se présentent ensuite à la forteresse de Darkau déguisés en agents de la police secrète mais sont démasqués, après plusieurs rebondissements, ils s'échappent en char et gagnent la frontière syldave avec les deux professeurs et Haddock.

It is Dug's birthday. This ordinary Golden Retriever wishes that it will be the happiest day of his life, when suddenly, Kevin runs over him and the pack leaders - Alpha (a Doberman Pinscher), Beta (a Rottweiler) and Gamma (a Bulldog) - run into Dug. Blue macaws Blu and Jewel, and their three children, are living happily in the city until Jewel realises that her children are becoming more like humans. Meanwhile, Blu's former owner, Linda Gunderson and her ornithologist husband, Tulio are on an expedition in the Amazon and eventually discover a quick-flying spix's macaw that loses one of its feathers. The movie begins when Obelix falls in love with the chief's niece, Panacea. His heart is quickly broken when he hears that she is due to be married to the handsome Tragicomix. The two lovers are walking in the woods when they are captured by a group of Romans led by a fresh new recruit looking to impress the Centurion of the Roman Camp. The Centurion is infuriated, knowing that the Gauls will attack.
