The film is the story of a disillusioned filmmaker’s visit to his peculiar alma mater, where he is trapped in a tug of war between his tortured past and a troubling future.
Judas Kiss is the feature film directorial debut of J.T. Tepnapa, who has won many international awards for his short films, including the multiple award-winning parody of 1950s teen health films.
Synopsis
Failed filmmaker Zachary Wells is convinced by his best friend and hotshot director Topher into replacing him as a judge in their film school's annual festival. Zach's one-night stand with a student backfires when that student walks into an interview the next morning calling himself Danny Reyes, the name Zach went by when he attended the school. And Danny's film, Judas Kiss, is a finalist in the competition Zach is judging. Zach's film, also Judas Kiss, won the festival years before. Zach scrambles for answers. A mysterious, chain-smoking campus tour guide, counsels him: "Change the kid's past, change your future." But how? Zach comes to believe he can mend his life by disqualifying Danny from competition, putting him on a different path than Zach followed.Actors

Marie Deschamps, une jeune cégepienne de 20 ans interrompt sa session collégiale pour aller apprendre l'anglais dans l'ouest canadien. Son père ne coopère pas à sa décision et la menace de ne plus vouloir la revoir. Marie, décidée, partira tout de même. Sa copine de voyage l'abandonne dès le départ mais Marie décide de partir seule. Elle traverse le pays sur le pouce pour se rendre jusqu'à Whistler en Colombie-Britannique où elle s'établira. Les premiers jours seront difficiles, elle se fait voler ses biens et la saison touristique n'est pas commencée, ce qui fait qu'elle ne trouve pas d'emploi immédiatement. Elle se liera d'amitié avec un jeune québécois, J-F, qui habite la région depuis 10 ans. Il lui présentera ses colocs et Marie partagera le chalet avec eux. Les choses se placeront pour Marie, elle finira par se trouver un emploi comme femme de chambre dans un hôtel cinq étoiles et son anglais s'améliore. Sa quête de soi l'amène jusqu'à s'interroger sur son orientation sexuelle. Elle hésite à téléphoner à ses parents qui ne lui parlent que de sa sœur Julie. C'est à la suite d'un accident de ski de J-F qu'elle réalise combien elle tient à lui. Ayant skié hors-piste, J-F ne peut toucher les assurances et est contraint de vendre ses biens dont sa voiture, une Westfalia orange. Marie rachète la Westfalia et décide de continuer sa quête jusqu'au Mexique où elle rejoindra J-F.

Tyler Davidson invites his college buddy Chase home for summer break on Prospect Lake. The Davidson Family appears practically perfect in every way to Chase, in contrast to his own dysfunctional family whom he is not close to. After continued attempts by Tyler to set up Chase with local girls, Chase comes out to Tyler and tells him he is gay. The family attempts to support Chase, and Tyler's father Nathan in particular begins to spend substantial time with him. Soon Nathan begins to realize that his own long-suppressed feelings toward men are resurfacing, and he has become attracted to Chase. These attractions turn in to a brief affair, which is soon witnessed by Nathan's wife Stacey and later by Tyler. Once in the open, Nathan and Chase try to come to terms with the effect of their actions on others, as the friendship between Tyler and Chase is ruined, and Nathan attempts to keep his family together. Nathan ultimately decides to leave Stacey, Tyler, and their daughter at the family's summer home, while he drives off to re-evaluate his life alone.

Paul (Daniel Robinson) and Eddie (Joey Dudding) have just begun previews of an Off-Broadway musical titled Adam & Steve: Just the Way God Made 'Em. Their lives mimic those of the characters they are playing on stage, in that Paul is himself seeking the ideal male partner, and Eddie finds that his religious upbringing conflicts with his homosexuality. After his boyfriend dumps him for being accused of having HIV, though he does not, Paul decides he is through with relationships and wants to be promiscuous, or as he so eloquently sung, "I wanna be a slut." Eddie, meanwhile decides he must finally tell his conservative parents that he is gay. Eddie comes out to his family, who do not accept the news well. Paul turns to the Internet for dates, but can't even get a decent one-night stand. However, Paul continually bumps into a fan who has developed romantic feelings for him, and after a series of disastrous one night stands, he starts dating Michael at the end of the musical's opening night. Eddie's religious parents, on a different note, decide to attend the musical because of a promise they made to their son, even though they are appalled by homosexuality and the theme of the show. As the play goes on though, they begin to believe that maybe they judged their son too harshly, and come to accept the fact that he is gay. Eddie's parents make up with him at the end of the show's opening night.

Lingesan (Vikram) is a bodybuilder from the suburbs of Chennai, whose main ambition is to become Mr. India. He wins the title of Mr. Tamil Nadu, which gives him entry to the Mr. India pageant. He is infatuated by Diya (Amy Jackson), a leading supermodel. Diya is soon blacklisted and all her advertisement film contracts are cancelled by John (Upen Patel), her co-star in all her advertisements, after she constantly rejected his advances. To save her career, Diya decides to replace John with Lingesan, whom she had earlier met at one of her shoots, as her co-star for her next advertisement. Lingesan agrees, sacrificing his Mr. India ambitions in the process.

The plot concerns two feminist groups in New York City, each voicing their concerns to the public by pirate radio. One group, led by an outspoken white lesbian, Isabel (Adele Bertei), operates "Radio Ragazza". The other group, led by a soft-spoken African-American, Honey (Honey), operates "Phoenix Radio". The local community is stimulated into action after a world-traveling political activist, Adelaide Norris (Jean Satterfield), is arrested upon arriving at a New York City airport, and suspiciously dies while in police custody. Also, there is a Women's Army led by Hilary Hurst (Hilary Hurst) and advised by Zella (Flo Kennedy) that initially both Honey and Isabel refuse to join. This group, along with Norris and the radio stations, are under investigation by a callous FBI agent (Ron Vawter). Their progress is tracked by three editors(Becky Johnston, Pat Murphy, Kathryn Bigelow) for a socialist newspaper run by screenwriter Ed Bowes, who go so far they get fired.

Mr. Zimit, a philosophy teacher at an international school in Jakarta, has been challenging his class of twenty with thought exercises to prepare them for their future. The film's plot revolves around Kanthaswamy (Vikram), who is an Income Tax officer in the CBI, and his friends, granting the wishes of the needy who write letters to a local Lord Muruga temple by disguising himself as an anthropomorphic rooster. During a CBI income tax raid, he discovers a stash of black money owned by Ponnusamy (Ashish Vidyarthi), a rich and corrupted entrepreneur. Ponnusamy pretends to be paralysed to escape the questioning. Angered by the news that her father is paralysed, Ponnusamy's daughter, Subbulakshmi (Shriya Saran) goes after Kanthaswamy to seek revenge by pretending to be in love with him. Kanthaswamy, knowing Subbulakshmi's real intentions plays along in the game. This forms a cat and mouse chase between the two. In a comical role, Thengakadai Thenappan (Vadivelu) is also sought after by a local police inspector who tries to solve the mystery of "Lord Muruga saving the people". The fate of Kanthaswamy's disguise leads into the climax of the story. The local police inspector was able to bring out the truth that a CBI is involved in the role behind the secret work of helping the needy people although he was not able to confirm it. Kanthaswamy finds the password of Subbulakshmi's family bank account, in which the black money is illegally saved. He tricks Subbulakshmi into revealing the password and answers for the security questions indirectly. Kanthaswamy finally transfers the money to his account which would be used for helping the poor and needy people. Ironically, in the end, Subbulakshmi's father was paralysed at the end knowing that the password which was used by him to access his black money was changed. After that Subbulakshmi and Kanthaswamy were married and were living in northern India. Kanthaswamy saw some letters tied to a tree, just like the ones at the Lord Muruga temple. He reads one and puts it into his pocket with a secret smile, which meant he will pursue being the anthropomorphic rooster again.
